You need to keep a look out in the classifieds section and also singapore.gumtree.sg and sgbikemart.

There was a good deal for pulsar 200 couple of weeks back.

i went overseas for 2 weeks uh. then didnt want to buy it before that, just came back monday midnight. yeah, i keeping a lookout on sgbikemart,gumtree,singaporebike classified and forums. any other places?

Actually online people sell even higher, even I don't understand how come they get buyers, may be because it is easy to search on Internet but UM Prices are very good. Look no further if they have a p200 in stock.

weird pulsar use to be an unpopular bike but now seems like everywhere i go i see pulsar.really happy to see this cute and reliable bike getting popular!

I guess depends on luck. Dont need to go there. Just call them up and check regularly if they get one, you should rush there to pay deposit.

Good thing about UM is that most bikes I saw they repaint them fresh. They repaint even the forks and calipers to nice silver/gold color, for P180

didja change ur front brakes recently?? if u did, maybe find a empty stretch of road and hard brake on ur front a few times to get it worn in?

i cant see.. but im not sure.. now that the engine is running like butter.. i hope by changing tyres and rectifying the front brake will make this perfect already!

My P180 just broke down last week and did a major overhaul on the engine.. Lots of parts changed, including:

1)cone lock

2)piston

3)bearing

4)timing chain

5)tensioner

6)gasket

7)oil seal

8)valve seal

9)engine oil

 

These are the parts listed after the fix, though I think he said something about gear lever and some other parts of the gear..

It is definitely smoother now, saying need to run in the engine for 1k-1.5k, going bet 60-70kph. Just want to know what to look out for in maintaining it so as to keep problems as low as possible.. Or where I can find such info for maintenance.. I have been told should change oil around 2-3k along with the spark plugs..

Time to change ur brake pads if its worn or its piston spoilt n check the rotor condition too

 

if u hv time .. do go down to Heng Motor to get the sbs front pad ...

 

 

 

 

@umpl ... can get this brake pads as alternatives ... its better we get from u guys rather than other places ...

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: Heng Motor dont have the pads .. my apology but i tink rear brake shoes ASK japan they have ... me paisey

Engine oil is the main thing for protecting the bike. Everything else is mainly safety aspect for protecting yourself
