Good thing I went to ask and let them test, is actually not much difference with or without dB killer, just a bit more beefier sound and is still within exhaust noise spec in singapore, also some repo

Hari, wish I could accommodate.. but cant make it on the timings, anyway mid view city is pretty near to my house.. ride shouldn't take more than 15-20 mins, after office hours though or like Alvin suggested at BTWO! :D

Would like to ask any kind souls to recommend me what services to carry out for Pulsar 200 DTS-i (2008 model), as my younger brother is getting it tomorrow and the bike has not been rode for 6 months, and if could recomment shops and prices of the changes. Am really not able to assist my younger brother, really appreciate all your kind replies :)

head to UM(universal motors) get these immediate things checked or change...

1) Change EO

2) Change Spark Plug

3) Check and/or tighten chain and get it lubed

4) Washed carb

5) Clean and service rear brakes

6) Change brake fluid and bleed front brakes

7) if tires still stock MRF ones, recommend to change out...

I will invite from there ... we have both open and close group !!

 

do join us at our weekly meetup on wed evening known as BTWO before but now change to (PMS) Pulsarians Meetup (Makan) Session .. :)

 

We have a DIY session on this coming Sunday .. do join us to look see look see and get to know the bike n members in person... :)

Tot their new boots more lighter than the previous 1 ? I only know e new gortex boots "mouth" open easily.

my girlfriend strongly against using SAF boots.. haiz.. i see if i can find a good n cheap one..

Ya man, the rains are driving me crazy, my bike is parked in the open and I fear, water will do significant damage to it. Already my ignition key feels hard to turn, need to apply wd40 tomorrow.

Ya bro, just went down, opened lid to see if any water accumulate around the lid opening, so far looks good.

 

My worry is mainly the rusting and also the electricals getting short circuit. My headlamp bulb got fused, dont know how. Today went to UM and got it replaced. Now my low beam is fine, high beam confirmed that the BCU is not working.
