I think anyone will fit. My previous UG3 had the reservoir pump and lever kit from Honda Phantom, haha.

The only issue was the holder for the mirror has thread turns in the opposite direction for Honda and also the position of the mirror holder was little forward, adjacent to the reservoir rather than on the handlebar. I had to use an adaptor for making the thread direction compatible.

But Yamaha and Bajaj the thread turns are in the same direction. If you want cheap you can go to Ah Boy and get, tell him for Bajaj, he knows which one to give after that just confirm with him that the mirror turns are same as Yamaha. Most probably YBR or RXZ should fit perfectly.

thats a very detailed explanation. thank you!

Folks, I want to change my chain and sprocket. I want to have easier cruising speed. I am on sinnob now, which I like. I heard about 428 and 520 DID. What is the difference? Basically, which is better?

Just FYI to everyone, although this chain/sprocket is for P200, even P180 UG4,UG3 and UG2(4 hole sprocket) can use it, if changed as a set. P200 chain is thicker and heavier 520 size O-Ring chain and longer lasting than 428 size P180's standard chain. The additional weight of the chain although theoritically slows the bike, but practically shouldn't have any perceptible effect.

Hope this helps bro. revhappy did quite a thorough explanation on this topic.

520 is better as it is fatter chain and it is the stock chain for P200. 428 chain is thinner, meant for lower cc bikes and P180 has it.

Dont change your chain, if you need better cruising with the sinnob chain on, change your rear sprocket to non-Sinnob 36 teeth, I think UM has it, but last time when I had been to UM I saw a mechanic there fitting the 36T rear sprocket, but he had to drill holes to fit the sprocket, which I think is a bad idea, but you can check with them what rear sprocket options they have. It they have 36T or 37T it will be ideal.

IRC? is it good? coz i heard battlax most expensive but looking for a mid range tyre to change to

Hey guys,

What do you think of this red-black color combination for pulsar?

http://www.caravanbiking.com/tag/pulsar-220-red-black

I am planning to source the complete cover set from India, next year, the tail board, tank flaps, side covers, mud guard and the head lamp assembly, as my bike's color has faded. Cost wise it is much cheaper than to repaint.

I personally like my current color all red, but just wanted to hear others opinion on whether anyone likes the red black combo.

I am also considering of doing the reverse red-black, i.e. red tail board, red side covers and red tank and then black tank flaps, black headlamp assembly and back mudguard, haha, what do you think?

Not sure of mass order bro. I am planning to go there on holiday and bring it back with me. I already have too many stuffs planned to bring back, haha.

1)The full cover set(going to be very bulky, imagine tail board, headlamp and mudguard)

2)BCU

3)Left side and right side switch

4)Clutch plate assembly(currently my bike, when it is not moving, its hard to chagne from 1st gear to neutral, I believe changing the clutch plate assembly will fix this)

and few other small small things.

These things will cost about 200$ in India. In Singapore it will cost 800$ haha.
