That workshop only have battlax n IRC available to fit my P180.

Their battlax cost abt $160 per piece...

So I took e IRC instead..

holy cow battlax cost so much now?! rip off man...rubber trees going extinct issit?

maybe u could have gotten a dunlop tt900 gp 90/80+100/80 combination for cheaper

battlax and tt900gp have similar performance imo same groove; nice rubber..

but u've changed so maybe next time.

yeah, for P200 and P180 UG4 the cheap and best combination is Dunlop TT900 90/80 in the front and Continental Conti Twist SM 130/70 for the rear.

I got that combination from Ah Boy for 120$ :thumb:

Not sure of mass order bro. I am planning to go there on holiday and bring it back with me. I already have too many stuffs planned to bring back, haha.

1)The full cover set(going to be very bulky, imagine tail board, headlamp and mudguard)

2)BCU

3)Left side and right side switch

4)Clutch plate assembly(currently my bike, when it is not moving, its hard to chagne from 1st gear to neutral, I believe changing the clutch plate assembly will fix this)

and few other small small things.

These things will cost about 200$ in India. In Singapore it will cost 800$ haha.

I have same problem no4.

Sometimes neutral lights up but...

When I let go clutch engine stall...

$600 difference is big savings...

How I envy u!

120$ for both. Changed at Ah boy workshop, now their workshop is shifted to somewhere in geylang, haha. Impossible to locate unless the shop person accompanies you.

No difference in FC, even though now the rear tyre is wider that stock, it's profile is very curvy, so the contact patch on the road is narrower than before so theoretically my FC should now be better and I should be able to rev faster :cheeky:

Hi,

Anyone knows any good sprocket set(428) that is suitable for bajaj pulsar 180cc UG3 other than sinnob sprocket? :)

What is your definition of good? Ah boy has sprockets made in Thailand, company called Jomthai asahi. UM also stocks the same brand. This is good enough for normal usage.

If you are looking for Afam kind of sprocket then I don't think have. But you can check unique motors if they have Afam for Rxz. If it fits Rxz. It fits bajaj.

I read somewhere that you should not put tube inside tubeless tyre, don't know why, haha.

Read on unique motors forum page, they have following:

AFAM Sprockets + EK Orange colour X Ring for KTM Duke 125 /200

$250 (Usual Price $340)

Wow! Duke just came and already so many accessories for it. Its quite expensive though, so out of my radar anyways, kekeke.

But those who are into beefing up their bikes and dont mind the price should look at the duke :thumb:

I use motul 5100 semi. Syn 15w50 cost 16$ at powerwheel. I am not so fussy about eo. Even if you use the cheap mobil mineral it is ok just make sure to change every 2k kms

Hey guys I just met with a minor accident and I need advices with regards to the repair and compensation matters.

The accident happened at a traffic light junction. Traffic light was showing a red light but green left turn signal. I was at the left lane, which is a lane to go straight and turn left. As I approach the traffic light, there was a van that stopped at the traffic light. I then went through the side to turn left and as I was going pass the van, the passenger door open and hit me, and I fell to the left.

My tank is now dent and the handle bar feels very low somehow. I have to rev trottle very hard to start my engine. The passenger decided to settle t privately. Oh yes, there's some paint peeled off at the tank.

What would be some of the repair works done to my damage and what's the estimated cost? Can the dent be knocked out? I do not want to exploit the passenger.

Thanks in advance for the advices

Hi there, hope that you are alright.

Firstly, did u suffer any injuries?

Secondly, since settle privately tell the guy to accompany you to the workshop and get the estimated cost of repairs from UM

Thirdly, If he refuse to pay for damages than do you have any photo to proof that the accident took place, and is cause by him?

Maybe need to change handlebar if it is bent. Tank also better to change if you need it to be as good as before. I would say set aside about 300$ for this.
