Anybody here works at Keppel, 50 gul road, Tuas area? I have got an interview there. Thinking whether to take bike or MRT. Bike will take 1 hr and MRT 2 hrs from Tampines. Also not sure how the parking situation is there. Anybody knows? Thanks in advance.

 

Public transport will take a long trip. confirm. i was Working in tuas. Bus would go round n round before your destination. Private transport is ease only on NoN PEAK HOURS. Super massive jam toward tuas during peak hours. Still better than public as u have control on your routes.

 

However if u noe shortcuts ot minor road well, you find they'll help to ease time travel during peak hours. e.g pasir panjang highway etc.

 

Heavy vehicles are also populated there,as many heavy industries located there. be careful.

IC. Thanks bro. For the interview I would be taking public transport. Dont want to get lost. haha.

But If I do get job there it will be 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift. I guess that is non peak so should be ok by bike.

Really confusing for a newbie like myself .. so would like to seek fellow pulsarians on recommendations on which shop to go to that offers most transparency and after-sales service etc. Any related advice also welcome! look for david at the show room...

they are the distributor...

so other shops also get their stocks from universal motors...

for the specs and look i think its a reasonable price...

but you have to make your own decisions...

some like the fz more some like the duke more...

like someone in this group always say...

totally agree on this,one MAJOR point to note bro is that, the pulsar 200ns is a new bike,and not many bikeshops know how to service this bike, so you must mostly go to

mainly UM where most of us go to service our pulsar no matter what model unlike the yamaha fz which is a well known brand and easy to service.

 

but for looks wise i would say the 200ns is in a class of its own

Good point on service/repair of bike need to go back to UM.....one of the main reasons holding me back in getting a pulsar

not possible for magnetic tank bags cos ur NS body is made of plastic. unless u modify to fit ur desired bag. then again, if u wish to change tank bags in d future, u need to do some modification again...
