do be careful as she is not admitting to her error. in my previous accident when i was driving my dad's car, a lorry reversed into my car cos he stupid and daydreaming and he missed a right turn into carpark. i made him sign a confession to admit his mistake.

hope u get better soon. talk abt bad driving, dis morning ders an incident, 3 lane traffic. dis lori on d mid lane all of a sudden swirf 2 d right just bside a rider whose going past him. d rider was on d right lane. both vehicles jam break n i almost skidded as i was bhind d rider. mayb im not 100% awake dat time. walau...

first hand p200 (never seen 2nd hnd b4) around 6 2 7k i think + insurance dpending on ur age n riding eperience. first hnd p180 is around d same as well i think. 2nd hnd p180 wen i bot it is around 4k + my insurance. if u wana pay full, get ready 7 2 8k. if by instalment, get ready at least 1k or more.

To me, Pulsar's pick-up with pillion on any gear ratio is just damn slow.

Incident: I riding along major road, 3 lanes, i in left lane, there's a sideroad entrance ahead of me on the left. Can turn from major road coming opp direction, right turn across my road into the sideroad on my left.

 

Lady coming from opp direction, make right turn across my path into sideroad.

 

I jam brake, skid and langah her car the side.

 

No pictures of accident vehicles together, cuz scared kena langah from behind, so we move to the side of the road.

 

Reported to IDAC liao.

 

Good enough case to claim from her? She refuse to say she wrong, say let insurance settle, and that she alr submit to insurance coy her car for assessment and repair.

 

creepy. same thing happen to me. what happened was that the car saw my lane empty then suddenly cut into my lane, not realising i was just behind the car. f**king jam brake, skid 45 degrees sideways and stop skidding until my knees is just mere centimetres from the side of the car and i just accelerate off. i gotta thank my lucky gods for that man!! else, become like you also. one of these days, i'm sure these irritants will get hell from me. lucky for the person, i'm on delivery. if not, i just langgar a bit and claim rabak2 from the person.

 

don't worry bro. you have the right of way. but are you speeding? else, she can use that to bring you down. clearly she's wrong. but got any witness to the scene? it's better if you can take someone's else statement to help your case.
