the usual spray paint wun last long.. after fabiano spray for me.. and after askin more abt such paints.. i realised tt full chrome is kinda impossible.. unless u buy the rim is already chromed.. might b cheaper tt way.. if u wan to chrome ur own rim.. gotta send it to someone who has the equipment to do it.. heard of electroplating? here's the link.. tt's wt we gotta do to keep the chrome on.. and i haven heard cheap anywhere.. :faint: if still interested.. of cuz can.. i also wan chrome my exhaust!!!

very true, crome spray is also not as shiny as real chrome, and it drops off very quick.

but bros, do u know how much or issit possible to change the clear plastic for the headlight and the 2 smaller ones? got into an accident yesterdae. battlescars.

the headlight comes in 1pc, cost about 60+, if u just want to chg the plastic, it's glued to the whole piece, need to pry out the glue and also need to custom make the clear plastic. so if u want to chg just the clear plastic, i guess not possible.

welcome to sbt. pulsar is a very good bike to start with. watever ur frends say, in the end, u r the one paying. yes, certain exterior mods can be done but its limited. its gd to get a p200. the plus on the

200 is dat its oil cooled(radiator), the minus is it has no kick start. top speed is 135km max rpm but theres folks out there who can reach 115-120 at rpm 8 with aftermarket mods ordered outside of sg.

if u get ur belvoed p200, take care of it. no, theres no spare parts in jb nor its scattered around sg. the parts are exp as UM controls these things and only UM has it.

Welcome Bro to SBT.

Every bikes have pros and cons.

There are no such thing as perfect bike and long lasting parts.

Every parts have limited life span.

It is up to the rider to make the life span more shorter or longer.

Our bike Pulsar are known through out the world to have excellent fuel consumption..

However as mentioned earliear nothing are perfect .. our bike are not meant for speed.

If you are looking for speed also than please join your friends and get the KR .. that bike good for speed :thumb:

On the cons side yes we do agree with Gaban .. UM control the price of spare parts

but that does not mean we have no alternatives.

Lucky and thankfully we can say..

with IT Power we have contacts with our Pulsarian and Prides Brothehood in Indonesia that really help us alot .. in terms of alternatives spare parts and also the maintanance, enhancement and also modification.:thumb::thumb::thumb:

But do mind here we are limited too on modifications as to follow the LTA guidelines but that does not mean we can't do it ... heheehe :cheeky:

Please visit my profile, there I posted what at least we have done to enhance and beautify our lovely 2 years old Pulsar ... like I always said ..

ít's the rider or the bike problem hmmmm you call it

welcome to SBT

you can find more info on our bike in the previous pages

for fuel consumption wise it depends on the riding style, loading, mods of your bike

most of us getting ranges from 35/6-43/44 km/l

while there is the legendary UG 1 which recently hit the 1k mark which makes out to be roughly 60km/l

our bike is not built for speed

if you like high speed don't choose pulsar

ours is more for normal day leisure riding and occasional touring:cheeky:

you can always drop by our official or unofficial meet ups to know more about our bikes :)
