There is a hidden clip that keeps the cover in place. Its on the top of the case. Use your finger to expose it and just pull off. The cover will then come off. Return the clip after and hide it again.

I actually managed to pull it out by force before realising that there is a clip at the bag...

I am selling my 1997 Shadow 400. Pearl white with red trim.

Preferable to transfer in end May or early June.

Asking S$4200 cash. First to place deposit secures the deal.

COE till 30 Sept 2017.

hyder and a few steed guys hv something similar , perhaps you can check with them .

 

cleaning up part im not sure as most of us usually do it ourselves i suppose , actually quite tedious for the 1st time but easy to maintain after u get the shine up

nice bike you got there.. washing and polishing normally done by us.. using wax , chrome polish lor.

That's not my bike lah...... I wish....... Just using it to show the crash bar.......

 

I know washing and polishing is our job but my bike at the moment in quite a bad shape. So need help lah........ If do myself, my hand sure will have blister after that........... :giddy:

No. of owners: I am the 2nd owner

Colour:Blue & White (Original was Green/Cream)

Mileage: 78500km (as at 16th April 2011)

Price Asking: SGD 5500.00 (Non-Nego) will keep if cannot sell.

Buyer bear transfer fees. I recommend GE Money or for refinance. Buyer to pay 1K deposit upon confirmation.

Reason for Selling: I have a car. Maybe in the future want to get Triumph Speedmaster or a Harley

hi bros , just to check whether anyone knows the cost of stripping the whole bike and repaint all the parts of the bike. I got rust at the exhaust area and some other parts. Thought of getting a good paintwork and removal of rust to parts of the bike.

Finally got the light bars mounted but I had to do a bit of mod on the mounting bracket.

 

Here is the original bracket. It won't fit the ACE because it came from a Spirit.

So I fabricated a new one which will fit the ACE.

Then I welded it to the bar.
