you'll see marina mandarin hotel... then just after the hotel... 2 lanes to turn in...

 

barrier is short one... bikes just drive in.

told me that only tenants can park there and asked me to park Novena Sq 2 CP. (dun go TTSH and park, think need to pay)

 

Novena Sq 2 carpark is free (i.e can squeeze thru the barrier), but no parking lots for bike can be seen.

and.....the carpark entrance leads to a slope upwards is absolutely :giddy: ....dunno how many levels up...think shd be 5th or 6th level...
