I saw this on the list... was there this morning.. saw a motorist parking at the HDB/URA lots riite outside the entrance to the basement carpark.. He was tearing the 65 cents coupon.... there were many bikes parked there...

 

i just some many people also park there bike there, so INTERnational plaza cannot be free rite? where got so many pple so stupid?

 

any one can confirm this?

its not legal parking though... there is some pavement at a corner of a carpark at indoor. the area will lead to cosy bay, sometimes I'll see bikes park there.

 

if not then it will be the national stadium's car park...
