how do u expect me to pay for u when we dun even know in person.. plus arent fines now adays easily paid via AXS ? either going the cathay or revenue house so would prefer whichever allow parking if not PS walk to cathay sian..

theres an open carpark opposite that BROWN building you mentioned.

 

but do rememebr to come from the correct direction.

Arab Street URA car park along the street - no signboard, no numbers - free.

 

Raffles Hospital or Bugis Junction or Tan Quee Lan Street roadside or URA car park next to Raffles Hospital.

usually when they wanna attack such places.. the attendants will go in at least pairs... whichever bike tio first.. depends on destiny already.

u might as well park at millenia walk, got direct access to millenia tower.
