tourers are nice to ride..but then i dun do touring.ride in sg abit weird leh...for me scoots suit the purpose for me best..wun wanna change alrdy la..

WOW, in times like these (recession), U can still consider keeping 2 CL-2 Bikes to collect dust!!! :thumb:

Swing, how's the PC thingy? Better ?

Zhiming just went to install the Polini kit... Results seems better than my Malossi... Just tested our bikes... In terms of acceleration from stop and Roll-on at 60km/h, Polini is better.... Could be the exhaust problems, but still figuring out, cannot confirm yet.. But one thing for sure, polini has slightly lesser FC...

99-01 > Mito 125, NSR 150

01-03 > Honda VFR 400 NC30, Aprillia RS250

03-05 > '02 YZF R1

05-07 > '05 Suzuki 600 K5, Wave 125, Nuovo 110

07-08 > '03 T-MAX [5GJ]

as my research.malossi is more for track n needs to change more stuff...wear n tear n FC will of course go up with increased power but efficiency i`m not too sure.Pc added on,power on the mid-high end is alot smooter n more efficient..fc dun ask me huh..coz i dun really ride it much to figure out the fc..

 

btw which polini kit did he install?12 roller? if 12 roller,cant compare with malossi 8 roller..not fair leh..but onli polini has 12 roller at the moment..

12 roller.... But riding on road seems a little irritating.... Got to open throttlr much more to gain speed first... Ultimately both type of variators will achieve the same speed at the same RPM... But it's just that Polini is not that comfortable if u wanna ride in SGP... But the moment u crack open the throttle, it's another different story... Malossi is more tame.

i still got a set of 2nd hand Polini rollers, milelage clock on the rollers is less than 100 KM.... Selling cos change to Malossi variator... Any takers???

maybe u wanna state wether its just the rollers or with the Speed Control n wad weight are the rollers n how many of them..
