Erm, hello, I've been riding for a few years now, enjoys chill and cruising rides.

Seems like alot of people like to ride fast, especially on weekends.

Was hoping to know some new friends who likes to ride slow and seldom or never goes above 100km/h.

Anyone? x.x

I have no sense of direction, am a slow rider and always lost. >.<"

Hi, bro, I don't really get you. What do you mean by riding slow?

We ride according to traffic, because roads are public goods, not privately owned. If we are in that lane, we follow the speed of the vehicles in that lane.

If we are on a road without any traffic, we ride at the speed we are comfortable at, as long as you don't go beyond the speed limit by a lot (note I say "by a lot", I didn't say don't go beyond the speed limit), and more importantly, don't hog the road, it is good riding habit.

Fast or slow is a relative term, if you ride at 90 kmh in neighborhood estate, it is fast, but if you ride at 90 kmh on the extreme right lane of expressway, you are road hogging (you are too slow), in that case please ride on the middle lane and give way to faster vehicles.

My humble opinion.

I get your point friend. I'm talking about riding together. haha ^^"

Together as in less then 20 meters apart, not a few km apart from each other. =/

People who likes to go fast will feel very bored going slow, indeed they can go slow but they are not gonna enjoy the ride with a bunch of slow riders. It's just a matter of time before he leaves the slow group and search for fast groups.

I don't like riding fast. I ride according to road and bike condition.

because the faster I ride, the more stress on my concentration as well as on my body. And if the bike will ganna wobbling due to speed or wind. It means higher chance of accident.

And That, I cannot afford. I die, still ok. But what if it was permanent disability or taking a long time to recover. Or even, that I have hurt someone else?

A friend once said about Hayabusa riding. Yes, the bike can go up to 230km/hr or more. But can your body do too?

Remember: Never ride faster than your Guardian Angel can fly.

no need to ride fast, as long as faster than the vehicle infront of u

Riding is dangerous so quickly get to ur destination

I ride fast to overtake and once there's no one around me i'll just chill... no one around means i just have to look at the road for hazards... no need to stress and go fast... It's really no point to speed in singapore... how much time can you save? Kanna one traffic light will set you back at least 1 min already... you need to like constantly speed at 120km/h for 10 minutes to gain that time..... at that speed... i think you covered 1/4 of pie already...

Just ride within the speed limit... Go beyond it to get to safety... Sometimes trucks that are speeding behind you means you better run away... which is why most people say get a 400cc bike at least in singapore... so you can run away from danger if need to.

Ride safe!

I ride within speed limits too, may it be in Singapore, Malaysia or where I am in Australia.

ok, ok, I do admit sometimes I go fast so that I can catch the subsequent traffic lights when it's green, but usually, I'll ride within speed limits, especially the highways.

recently I'm in the mood of riding extremely slow in the carpark, up/down the slopes with tight sharp turns, needing to counter balance the bike, keeping the bike almost stationary while waiting for the gantry to be up, really feeling the slope as the bike crawls on... like in a circuit but all in super slow mo. very fun!

Bro. Riding at 90 or 95 is actually quite fast. haha. But I like riding at 80. It's a comfortable pace for my Vespa and it's actually pretty safe too. Especially slow rides at night, they are the best
