bigger tank.... i remember i made my wave tank bigger..... 150 rm siap pasang.... from 4 litre add 2.5 more litre... well residue must check ur bike see wat jetting.... carb size n model mikuni vm22 with accelerator pump... want to change carb... im saving money for mikuni TM24 with 16 pilot and 130 main.... yummy,,,,,,

dunno what the stock jetting is....150 siap pasang?ok gak tu.dunno how much can be added to the spark in terms of petrol though.kos now topping up every 2 days abit leceh.

carb eh?i usually play ard with jetting but fuel would definately increase if change carb....

but the sacrifice u have to make if u want speed....

stock needle jet size 10 main 105 pilot 20 but sum spark is 10 103.5 18.... got to check whats ur jetting..... try 10 115 23.... hehehe... but stock setting will do just fine... need to tweak a lil bit here and there.... hehehehe u top 2 days leceh??? try 1 day top up.... kocok lobang babe.... btg leh npk nyer confirm.... wakakakaka

sorry typo... saw the wrong jetting on my reference paper.... abit messed up lah... orginal jetting main is 105 pilot is 20..... some spark using 103.5 18

 

to up ur jetting u can try 115 22.5 or 110 25

 

as for needle jet its using N-9M series not adjustable..... ah now correct... sorry ah......

wave + 2.5 litre for the extra fuel tank? believe it or not, my friend wave mod his fuel tank to take over the space of the u-box. and total litres it cud take in was 12. believe it or not.

 

okay try get the pics dude. anyways, regarding cosmetic parts like belly pan and such, i'm still lookin for a local fabricator.. in order to cut costs. and save u guys cash too.

just had my jettins change n sevice carburator n change 2 liquie molly engine oil..power sia!! betta abit my spark..at gear 2 can go 60+ abit higher den stardard..just for $60..thx Blackfly.. :thumb:

all can, except for the led needle meter, cos the thing comes from vietnam and the seller kinda unreliable. hmm... the bellypan is kinda pricey actually. made of fiberglass

hey guys.. i just bought out my spark.. but it seems like got prob.. when everytime i move n change gear,ders this sound croc croc croc appear sumwer i guess at top block.. y issit?? niwae wer can i have my first service?? at what mileage n what shud i service??
