If I had a spare bike and a spare set of gear, I might have gone today... :cheeky:

Thanks for the concern, everyone. I am fine. No bleeding, only a couple of small bruises. I rode the wrecked bike back to K&T, then went home take a shower and immediately went out for lunch liao. No problem lah!

You're very right, nE0. Imagine if I didn't wear all the gear. I'd be hospitalized and waiting for skin graft and bone reconstruction.

Cannot go liao. Today I lowsided at turn 1. The tyres just couldn't take it anymore. Heavy damage to my wallet ah! :sian: Bike damaged, suit damaged, gloves damaged, helmet and boots also scratched. But at least I am okay, only one blue black.

Thanks to NoLogicOne for bringing me to the motor shop at PG to fix the front tyre, and then escorting me back to K&T.

Glad you are ok bro and :thumb: to NoLogicOne.

Please do not be offended by my post-----I don't know what your laptimes or wet weather experiences are like, but the Metzelers Racetecs are good in the wet(moderate rain, completely wet track, puddles and stuff), and don't even discount the lack of grooves. In the above-mentioned conditions, local guys clock consistent 2.04s-2.05s on a 600 and 2.01s on a Superbike with "dry" tyre pressure and suspension settings, and the really quick guys around 1.58s-1.59s(600s) on wet settings. Both machines no engine work, only basic tunes like exhaust systems and PC3,standard suspension & brakelines etc. Ride the bike smooth and maybe you'll be surprised by the amount of grip available, even when recovering from a mistake.
