I wasn't referring to yesterday. I was referring to the day rhema83 said he went there and did 2.0+ on his 400. On a full WET track.

Ok, I am not trying to say that I am fast in the wet. I think I am really slow compared to the many experienced riders here. I just want to know how I was doing compared to the experts so that I can set a goal for myself. If you think that it was impossible for a 400cc to clock that timing on a wet track, I stand corrected. It was a damp track, then.

This is what a WET track is going to be like.

Was the track this wet ?

If you really did 2.09 on a wet track. Compared to 2.04 done by Supersports during races. You're a champ already. You should be annihilating the whole grid if you're riding a Supersports. Not even Petronas riders will match your wet pace. You can be Singapore Fastest WET rider. I will also want to learn from you.

Congrats to you, if it really was that WET when you clock your laptimes.

That is a true WET track. Looks like it was just damp and moist track afterall. For a moment, I thought we finally had a homegrown talent in Sports.

There are people who are able to do 2.09 on FULL WET track in PG. Altho not all of them in this forum.

He rides a TZP250-SPR for a full racing team. Exactly 2.09 on a rainy day. But he was using rain tyres.

I managed to overtake him in first lap during that occasion but crashed in the same lap trying to get away from him. I was using Rideens...would have been interesting if i completed that lap and see me laptime.

Like you said it was rain tires on the TZP250 doing 2.09s. I didn't say it can't be done.

There are many good riders out there who can ride in the rain. I am only saying, there're many who can't, but say they can in here. :goodluck:

You want me to say you're good ? Ok, you're good. Unfortunately you crashed and only victories and laptimes count.

Champions crash, also become ZERO.

This is supposed to be the Ride Board. We are going way off topic here. :sorry: to everyone else.

We should continue this discussion in the PG Laptime thread if you are still interested.

Just a final response to Newbie`41 (who obviously is not a newbie), I don't recall seeing anyone claim that he's fast in the wet, so let's not be accusational. The laptimes will speak for themselves.

I like your style man, very aggressive. Must be equally agressive on track.

No I do not want people to say I'm good. Coz I'm not, until the results come in.

What the ****? We don't need anyone to stir up more sh*t here. I didn't do anything to him or his mom or anyone. It's just his style of talking, which is quite the opposite of mine. Nothing personal (I certainly hope so).

Well, since some riders sound very experienced, I am looking forward to seeing their names in Johor Clubman / SMSA Championship / Asia Pacific GP. Personally I am far from being qualified for any of these.

I'm going to leave this thread for a while since I am out of town. Have fun and ride safe, guys!

There's no too slow to compete. Only no balls to race and unwillingness to lose.

The truth is, once you compete. You'll get faster naturally. Everyone is just too afraid to lose.

So, do you want to go faster ? Join the competition !
