I ever tried that once..Given the knowledge I have with Electronics ahaha..Must find a certain resistor..Or maybe use a couple resistors..The PCB can buy cheap at SLT..Actually everythin can buy at SLT..But must use alot of LEDs to get the brightness you want tho..The power supplied by the bike a bit too much so mine all burnt out..Ahaha..Then gave up..Ahaha..

anyway i got this LEDs for my brake lights, tink they should be bright enuff..

 

LEDs @ half power under normal room light condition.

i can solve ur resistor problem. =)

these LEDS are connected up directly to power supply at their max voltage. which is 3.9V for green and 2.7V for red. and in order to hook this LEDs up to bike which is running on 12V power supply, need to add in resistor for each LEDs to limit the current flow. with proper calculation i haf deteremined the resistance and power rating for both the LEDs and already sent out the orders. most likely i will be recieve them next week or latest by 2 weeks, den i can continue and hook it up onto my bike for further testings. =)

yea, pretty interesting to play with this things.. already blew 1 LEDs due to trial and error testing. haha. and because of wrong resistance power rating, burned a resistor too. but tat isnt a big problem. cos not i got all the correct values for my set of LEDs already..
