i have something to ask.

 

first, im trying to DIY the brake light of our KRR.

 

because our original brake light cover is red, the effect arent tat great, looks rather normal.

 

so im asking u ppl here if u have ever come across or heard about whether there is any transparent brake light cover dat is similar to our original brake cover in shape as i dun wanna change the base part of the brake light.

 

 

hope someone can help me, anyone! =)

how about not using the brake light cover at all..afterall u said the LED are waterproof by itself right...looks more cool just like the brakelight of those wif single seater...

sorry i dun haf any example to show but base on the earlier picutures dat i posted, the RED led is the SUPERFLUX, while the GREEN is TULEX. both are high quality LEDs. resistors comes seperately which i will get for u at another cost. quite cheap for the resistors.

 

if u wanna bring ur own LED to fix also can up to you.

 

DEADLINE is WEDNESDAY as i will go order them.

nope i didnt say they are waterproof... its better to haf at least a lil filter, else it is very GLARING... they are bright..

for the above DIY, most likely i will only be touching on the LEDs for general lighting purpose and the LEDs brake light. the rest might haf to hold for next week. or another time. time constrains...

my LED brake light experiment is 70% complete already.. now left with implementing it onto the bike. brightness review from alot of ppl, "super bright, u wanna blind the person behind u arh?" and all reply almost the same... haha

its brake light, no reason they will catch u... cos it is not additional lighting

 

but if u wanna make it dimmer, jus use lesser LEDs.

 

but for the general lighting application, if not bright, put for wat?! lol... and if scared den shouldnt put at all.

ya i think so..

and somemore below our original tail light cover its clear so tat the light tat shine on our number plate are not red light..

so if ppl wanna put red led into tail light have to put tis into consideration...

i think LED light is ok, because some bike's original tail-light and signal light is LED.
