aaaahhhh...atom, must take that into consideration also...its the reflects of the yellow light that shone onto our number plate...

btw for ur info there's aftermarket reed valve..

like the reed valve wat i am using now are make from carbon fibre!

 

reed valve are use for controling air petrol to pass through from carburetor & 2t from manifold to crankshaft..

so when the piston went up! its create vacuum to open ur reed valve & at the sametime to suck air, petrol, 2t into ur block.. and when piston went down.. the vacuum stop naturally to close ur reed valve & at the sametime to push watever in the block to below(crankshaft!) and the last cycle of petrol & 2t tat are below crankshaft pump up through the side of our block passway (transfer plot! you heard ppl saying do ploting ploting? tats the one la) at the sametime when piston went down! (tis is call 2 cycle engine, 2stroke cycle for 1revolution)

tats why we onli use gearoil for our gearbox! cause crankshaft are using 2t & petrol to lubrecate it!

i dunno.. but it feel soft when i bend it!

imagine when ur bike's revolution at 12rpm/m.. can imagine how fast ur reed valve need to open & close wif softer reed valve? last time i get see ppl reed valve stayed in a bent shape when use it for long time.

tats why i change to a better material stuff..

hmmm, whats wrong with my bike nowadays? i just went servicing about 2 weeksago.. now very hard to startbike. i mean, when i kickstart the engine alive but after awhile it died on me.. what happeennnnnnn?

early in the morning startbike cold mah...

when u start ur bike early in the morning dun switch on any light! or u go adjust ur idlering slightly highter abit..!

if excluding workmanship for taking out ur rim...

to press back very cheap onli... (sg)

also must depand on ur rim condition.. some damage... press back also no use...!

hope urs not in tat type of condition....!

It means the rim no longer straight..So must press to make it straight..As for spoke rims they just true your rims by loosenin and tightenin the spokes..

btw wat brand is urs?

FYI i gt 2 set of carbon reed 1 set carbontech reeds

CARBON REEDS do have low tension LT to MT to HT high tension

 

of coz thickness do play a part..

BTW my rs250 all using carbon reeds for many yr le :)

even thou stock reeds for rs250 already V gd :)

 

or can get cheaper alternative BOYESEN DUAL STAGE LO

forget to tell u CARBON reeds also will wear n tear so will not b as good as new also

those tension are not like when brand new so gd :)

so wat kinda carbon u running ?

sorry i dun haf any example to show but base on the earlier picutures dat i posted, the RED led is the SUPERFLUX, while the GREEN is TULEX. both are high quality LEDs. resistors comes seperately which i will get for u at another cost. quite cheap for the resistors.

 

if u wanna bring ur own LED to fix also can up to you.

 

DEADLINE is WEDNESDAY as i will go order them.

What time is the DIY session? As in excluding dinner? Cos i think no need have dinner cos later do bike also tired again... :confused: :confused:
