wah... drop the whole pipe??? wah fierce, alot of work leh. I think next time I shall leave my pipe rusty so that no one would steal mine I would think they'd steal from the tzm first anyway. Luckily the security at the mscp where I park my bike is pretty good. There would always be a police car rounding the carpark in the evenings and sometimes in the early mornings too...

But... I don't think it makes that much of a difference because you'll still have the black layer on top... and more layers of paint. To say the white paint "protects" the pipe from the absorbing effects of the black paint, is going too much is it? But will give it a try the next time around when my current sprayjob starts to rust...

Anyway, I like my pipe the way it is... stock the way to go! (okay minus footrest and signal lights and bubble and colored screws/bolts... that one previous owner changed lor!)

Anyway, I don't know how my friend fell while making that turn... it's the turn from tanglinrd/orchardrd into orange grove rd... I make that turn at least once a week without any problem... then again, I don't speed when entering that turn. It's not say a corner meant for corner... but then any turn can be made into a corner...

i think if those above mention not correct then must be u neber cut u r pipe and take out whatever things from inside and cause the rust!!

haha well its definitely an overflow tube from somewhere and it was leaking. Basically, I believe the problem is from outside rather than in.

anything flow out from the engine can be only oil or ur coolant!

and how can oil or coolant rust ur pipe?

or maybe the overflow tube u mention are from ur battary?

btw ur battary is dry-cell or...?

Next time if we meet see my pipe..Ahaha..I never cut..My bike all stock..So cannot go fast..Only got some enhancements but still as ugly..Enhancements to make it look uglier..So far I think I'm goin in the right direction..
