its quite long ago lah.. i dunno if their workshop closed anot ? but i noe the malay uncle that is working there to bring ppl who dunno how to their workshop to the workshop is still working there.. i still see him bringing tyres for ppl leh.. its either they really close down the workshop or juz change location or its juz ppl passing rumours around.

I assumed it was a short distance? Think its easier to overtake scrambler at corners seeing how knobby tyres don't grip that good on tarmac..Unless its motard then sure got grip..

Maybe got better locking/anti-theft mechanism? You steal the aprilia sure very easy to spot..Coz not alot on the roads..Ahaha..

ya la, short distance... I was still deciding whether wanna overtake the long lorry in front because it was sort of blocking the filter lane already... then whoosh, the scrambler overtook me and the lorry. Now that is a fierce lady rider... (although she's a minah and her bike wobbled just before making the turn... heh :sweat: )

 

 

Not that I think scramblers make "whoosh" sounds but that's all I can think of now... heh

COMEBACK KID was awesome!!!

Hello KR riders. Scouting for a bike and I'm thinking of getting a kr this week but just want some further info.

 

How many km can a full tank go? How big is the tank and how long can the 2t last. Thanks. Looking forward to riding a kr soon. :)

Current Rides:

FEB 07 -> NOV 08 [CBR 150]

AUG 08 -> AUG 12 [XJR400]

AUG 12 -> ??? [DUCATI MONSTER 696]

Hi kawaians,

Please beware of this car plate 7823 a Mitsubishi Lancer in Champagne colour.

The Driver nearly cause me accident. This was wat happen.... i was riding @ CTE earlier, this idiot was tailgating me at my meter speed of 120km/h on 1st lane. den suddenly he switch lane to 2nd lane and i thought he wants to over take me. But to my suprise, the F**K*R force me to the barrier on my right. so no choice need to slow down let him pass. Den i decided to let him taste him own medicine. Lastly giving him the international Language sign and move off..

 

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DANGEROUS DRIVER..

gd luck on ur search n dun kana conned by mototiams for ur bike.

anyway my bike full tank can go 210km before reserve but i believe some of riders here can go further...the tank is 11.5l big...as for 2t im not too sure how long cuz mine now nearly 2 mths still haven finish and tat is not fine at all...

Yeap, bringing my fren to minimise the carroting hehe.

 

Hmm 210km. Much higher fuel consumption than I initially thought. What speed do u usually travel? Heard that it can go 300km at least. Possible?

nah its my bike the main jet open too big i think, so it need to be fix...and i dun speed, well maybe a lil bit on the highway but its only 120 so no big deal...not too sure bout 300 more likely average is 250-260 like tat...and tats when it reach reserve..

in this case..for me..if g/mood,just 4get it...OR ..follow him from far till he stop some where..see if got season parking where he stay..so next time give him a lesson lo(do whatever u want la)..

I am currently taking class 2b , i am intending to get a kip by april . Bt some of my friend told me that kip is not as stable as sp . Is that true ? Also they sae that the insurance is higher ?
