My company's despatch rider got booked for doing this a few weeks back ... he tried to explain his case to tp but the guy told him road shoulders meant for breakdowns and not to insert cash card ... in the end, fine and demerit points .... might as well dun insert cash card and just pay $10 for the ERP offence in the first place ...

the tp spoke to my colleague when he stopped at the road shoulder ... that's why he got chance to debate with the tp on the issue ... anyway, he lost the debate
