Hey guys, the heat released from my bike seems to be unusally hotter for the past 2 weeks. Anyone knows y? Or is it normal?

open up the radiator cap, start the engine and give ur angine afew blow, c if the water in the radiator is spinning like a whirlpool, if it is, then ur water pump is werking, if not. then get ur water pump checked by a qualified mechanic.

I am not sure if all kips are like this, but most of my friends who ride/rode kips has this problem as well, no matter how frequent full servicing is. Kr needs the choke to start especially in the morning or after long hours of not riding. If your bike is like this, just ignore it and use the choke. But if your bike still can't start even when the engine is hot, then you should go and get a mech to check ur carb. Maybe need to retune.

 

hey thanks for the advice..went to my mechanic 2day..n they told me my fuel switch had water inside it n they need to wash the carb n switch 4 me..

Add on digital speedo meter / digital RPM meter / digital clock, alot of things to add but remember.. dun do illegal stuff.. Singapore has no place for illegal thingys to survive as it will fine you this and that.. lolx..

Hmmm, you will feel super duper excited when you first reached 60km/h, cause in circuit, you onli ride up to max 40 or 50... upon reaching 60, you will wan to reach 70 and 80 and so on.. lolx... when you reach your top speed.. You will feel no kick and after 6 months of riding.. It has become part of your life and the feeling is lost... & I WAN BACK THAT FEELING!!! :cry:

 

That feeling is "happy, shoick, excited" Simple lay man terms, all kinda of happy feelings put together..

 

But remember check all your bike's stuff b4 you ride off from the bike shop or whoever you purchasing.. Try your best to get a friend to ride you there and check b4 leaving..

 

Stuff to check, more simple de.

1)Lights

2)signal lights

3)Horn

4)brakes

5)gear 1, engine will die anot??

6)coolant enf?

7)2T enf?

8)tyre still got threads left? Or botak liaoz..

9)all switches like fuel button and etc

10)enf fuel for you to reach petrol station?? keke...

 

Take down and go and check if realli no friends going with you..

 

Lastly, beware of ALL road hazarders!! (Taxis, Jxx Plated, lorries, female drivers and etc etc)

produce alot of smoke will fail the test and the person will ask you to come back again...

*2T put the best one..Fully.. Your smoke should reduced greatly.. I've seen mine last time like smoke machine.. den after I change to 2T pace/2T gold.. Now "near" to smokeless but of cuz.. if long time no start bike.. the smoke will be out again.. lolx...

 

 

If you have already install lights, "try" to take out the electric ciruit that connect to your lights and just say one thing, "dunno.. that previous owner fit it de... den say.. see? no lights?" on and let him see.. lolx...

*ONLY if he ever ask...

 

But if ROV or TP stops you & saw that you have lights switch and you never disconnect.. Good Luck...

oh ok thanks kito btw i hav another question..recently when i took out the bike and with jus 1 kick the bike started but arnd 3 to 4 days later when i want to start the bike i hav to kick like alot of times some more i on the choke also n change the plug oready..why is dat?can someone clarify me?thanks

 

Head down ur mech, n ask him to check on ur Spark Cable/Spark Plug Cable.(Truthfully, i don't know e correct term for this, cause it seems that different mechs have different terms for this) N hopefully, it's not ur Coil OR Engine Starter that's affaecting it..

Bike put 3-4 days?? Never on engine at all?? Could be wat those riders called as overflow with fuel... Normally mine wun caz I off my fuel everyday...

 

That is if the fuel cap is put to ON for 3 days my friend.. Then carb overflow's due to happen..

 

eh bros for normal servicing ah, sparkplug, eng oil, polish piston, coolant, brake fluids..blah. dunnoe what else la.. roughly how much ah? unique motorsports got package at 140. worth it anot?

 

If Normal Servicing they're quoting that price, i wonder how much it's gonna be for a Full Servicing..

 

Anyway, guys, I'm going in JB again next month to change my ball bearing for my rear tyre and check ball bearing for handle bar as well, anyone interested to go??

Depends on which plate u wanna know.. With e GST 7% hike, i bet e price for different plates gonna be a bit higher.. Hit up bike shops for e price, n then u can check garage sales n compare..

 

yo... KR depending on it;s plate,, try not to get from bike shop as the price is highly,get from our forumers and it's cheaper by at least $100-$300... ^_^

 

N risking the previous owner running away after getting $$$ n leave u with an under conditioned bike?? I'll rather pay a bit steep since i know that bike shop won't be running away for a long timeeeee..

hahax..true..for those who 'good students' always go 40-50 during pracs will get their initial kicks of riding up to 70-100 and more..hahax..but yea..after a while no kick..but excited la..lolx..

Lol... Kick to gear 1 when clutch in... Some will die because of the tunning or carb dirty...

Just my experiences...

 

Nvr on is safe but you never know IF a Rov or TP stops you.. They will see here and there and start to on your lights and say, it's illegal mod, Good luck if that happens.. But if your ciruit is taken out.. den you can say, dunno, the previous owner fit one, i never take out since it's spolit.. They LL... lolx..
