guys ive been considering spraying my pipe which is really rusty and contrasts with the other clean and shiny parts of my bike. the rusty pipe has become the first thing ppl notice...lol

 

i stay west side and my friends reccommend me to get this done either at huachin @ bukit batok OR hkl @ alexandra/bukitmerah

what do you guys reccommend? how much does it usually cost? i understand they sand the pipe to remove rust then apply heat-resistant industrial paint

Try removing ur "Stomach" n pipe.. It'll definitely help...

Nah.. Removing of pipe ain't that necessary.. Maybe what u can do is, head down to e mentioned place, then see how they do it.. U can learn from there..

Dude i know of a talented guy who diy his friends krr pipe before. the pipe turned out wonderful. The dudes like a mechanic and does repairs for many bikes. I can try to ask for his help but it may come with a price. PM if interested.

im stay in yishun and i always will pass this camera. tell me, whats ur speed at that time...

 

if u are below 80km/hr it wont be a problem..

as long as u ride below the speed limit there which i believe is 80km/h, u should be safe..

even if tio, wun get revoked ba..

unless u r rode like 140+km/h..

Speed limit is 60km/h on that area. 60km/h on the speed limit does not apply to our humble 150cc bikes. A bigger CC vehicle which is travelling at 60km/h is much much faster and ahead of us.

 

A 1300cc bike at 60km/h equals to almost 80km/h plus on our speedometer if we ever want to match its speed. Hence, if u are traveling between 80km/h - 90km/h on your KRR speedo, chances are slim to get a POSE on the speed camera. Maybe it snapping other vehicles.

 

Like my case, at least 2 times I got free snapshots from that speed camera at Yishun and got no Fine or offence commited. Sometimes, it does happens. But no worries, learn from this and remember, never ride faster than ur angel can fly!
