where do u stay? currently cck is the HOTSPOT for thefts

park yr bike somewhere else (preferably open air carpark) and use bike cover cloth to protect against rain/sun/thefts

MSCP is a big nono for now...until the culprits are caught!

currently i dont even dare to park at my own MSCP liao after what happened to bro nicholas_yu's bike right in the same carpark

and oh yah...for the seat..it's best if u can go DIY or custom make a metal bracket to cover up the locks found underneath the seats...cause it's quite easy to open up the seats using very simple tools

 

currently have some form of a metal bracket for my seat now...hope it works...but anyway...some protection is better than none

 

anyway try calling up some of the motordiam like HKL to enquire abt 2nd hand muffler lor..sometimes they will have...i have an extra tong muffler which i dont mind lending u provided u do return it

as for the seats...u really need some gd luck liaoz...even LAB also dont have stock for the rider seat liaoz...only have pillion seat

what year is the bike registered in

condition of the bike..engine/paintwork/etc

prescence of modified parts

 

a 1st hand KRR will cost ard $5k depending on which shop u buy frm

 

as for insurance...be prepared to throw in ard $300-500 per year if u were to put the bike under yr name

i would recommend u to get some experienced rider (anyone trustworthy...e.g yr dad or uncles etc) to be the owner of the bike and u would be able to purchase the insurance at a lower cost

for e.g i put my FU plate kips under my dad's name and im paying ard $200 for 3rd party insurance only

2nd party i tink chao-chao need 500-700..(i cant cfm tho)

 

so as others haf recommended...since u havent bought d bike..

 

when u buy,get ur dad or uncle or whueva old enuff whu has a class2b license to buy d bike under his name..he gota go down wif u lah..cos he needa sign + need his ic..den juz add your name as d "named rider" or "sub rider" dey call it..

 

den can get cheaper loh..now i tink 2nd party ard 300 lah..

yah bsides your bike n nic's bike,i oso heard other bikes oso kena..damn dangerous nowadays..i used to tink 2b bikes nobody 1...den now RKZ oso kena.. i tink our KRR super vulnerable oso hahahah
