hi guys, i have just changed my grips but the placement seems to be out leh. i asked e mech and he says its like tat 1 lor, cannot help. i have attached a pic of the grip on my handle bar which shows e misplacement...

but the gap on the right side is about 1cm, see oredi beri awkward leh....

its not misplacement. Its supposed to be like that.

Stock grips.. the grip will go all the way it. when u change, it hard to put it back.

Mine KRR also like that last time.

Its normal.. If u really so particular.. i think it can be done.. BUT. takes a long of time and effort just to do the simple job.

bro,u should know all the common one liao

as u r riding big bike u should know and aready heard alot abt mod..

 

bigger carb(but i dun tink is a good idea)

PDK cylinder head

close gear ratio

powerboaster(ppl say will burn ur CDI)

Race CDI

racing piston and con rod

 

all this r those quite not attracting attention one

You better off with the stock one if u don want anything not illegal.

I can name you a few mods which are considered legal(at least when you kena road block won't kena caught.)

1) Change yr Valve.

2) fast throttle

3) bigger carb (32MM or 34MM)

4) if you change carb, have to do jetting and and retune yr bike to enchance the performace.

5) better air box(i know SP has their own "racing" airbox which is the HRC airbox)

*6) Open "stomach" This one is illegal.. BUT not obvious. As in, yr pipe won't be too noisy because of it.. performance will be slightly better by a little.

 

In any case, after you do so much.. the performance will be better, but it eats more petrol also.. esp with bigger carbs.

AND not to mention, don really makes a very very big difference.. unless u'r doing it together with a PDK pipe+ the above things mentioned or TONG pipe.

I would advise you to spend at least $140 on new brake lines and better brake pads first if you want to mod yr bike..

Find that many people actually mod and mod and mod yr bike BUT NEVER IMPROVE THEIR BRAKES.

bro i find changging airbox wont do any different leh..

i know of afew fellow who dun even have an airbox fix to their carb but they use ong LAI rain cannot drive and bike cannot get wet

wow i learnt aot today...i ride big bike but knoe not much abt small bikes eesp 2 strokers coz when i was riding 2b no such thing as forum leh...sad case....so i guess i'll go for a bigger kehin carb? fast throttle do wat one ah?

confirm will do is open the stomach and get beta brake lines

brothers.. wanna ask about mud guard at the rear... there is many pple change to those more bent mud guard rite??? may i noe after changing to those...does it has a compartment for us to put things under the pillion seat???

mine also my brake kns...no air box good anot?cause i never put air box de.. just put for nice.. cause i kena by tp for no airbox.. my airbox cant fix in ..

 

 

 

Can i know why when i park my bike then go home.. then teh next day go take bike the floor got pertrol ?

 

 

any 1 bike kena ppl disturd and yr bike fall down b4 ? wil its cause decude of power of yr bike anot? damn sway ..

FYI its illegal to fix those leh..

becoz u put those le ur number plate will oso slan abit

 

according to the rule, number pate should be vertical to the floor

actually hor.. since u not going for a mod pipe.. don get bigger carbs lar.. very waste petrol one.. somemore increase performance only that very bit? :confused: well.. thats what my mech told me though...

fast throttle... i never use before.. but rode my friends SP witha fast throttle on before.. the response seems better...

hehe.. if u know try it.. let us know the outcome? :D

Y change to bigger carb ? its eat up lot of pertrol.. dun tel me u going to ride at least 180km/hr everyday .. not worth its.. tong pipe wil do .. if u wan the power to increase abit.
