Maybe I have selective reading + the fact that I have played too many word puzzles when I read selected sentences, I start to rephrase them into another phrase of it's own. In this case, it's all hokkien & it's 3 words phrase. No prizes for guessing correctly.

By the way, to all you sick mentally unhealthy KRR riders (Like myself) have yourself a Merry Xmas, stay off the bloody booze for goodness sake (If you ntend to ride) and stay right side up!!!

how long did urs last? by mileage?

i love half-clutch.... so just wondering how abt how long i have...

a-ha for this clutch plates thingy guess theres no fast and hard rules due to

different folks different strokes ( mileage doesnt apply here )

but you could definately tell when the speed drop 10-20km when cruising out of

sudden on flat surface :sian:

tts crazy!!! i wanna try liao ... :cheeky:

arhem..... o_O

i know what u are thinking ( BAD BOY )

by changing the clutch plates alone doesnt lift the front :nono:

u need the whole package to have the effect

start with gear-box in good condition, piston and cylinder with valves decarbonise,

right air-fuel mixture, unblocked muffler etc

btw had installed the VFORCE reed valve system could feel the fuel gushing

in :lovestruck:

pls make sure your brakes is in good state before u try anything

power is nothing without control :help:

seriously if u ask me we dont need that just a normal jepun made set of clutch

plates would set most of our ass off on fire ( kalang kapob )

the other day i tried the pick-up at jb after changing can actually tell my front is

off the ground for the first 3 gears

start from the junction where Esso on left till the junction turn right to sentosa

easily 160 with pillion

Dont know if that is enuf for your standard

I could barely handle it

wah

ride so fierce in JB ah

nowadays got speed cam there also liao right?

anyway i not so fierce lar

juz wondering how much damage would be done to my clutch plates during the times when i try to open my valve once in a blue moon...up gear when RPM ard 6-7K :giddy:

hey all, i onli managed to squeeze out 255km on 'full tank' (not filled to brim), 2day come back from work the bike die off lucky haven't reach expressway... was damn scared that reserve wun last me to home...lucky managed to reach home...

2day i pump full tank also not all the way to the brim, scared will overflow...

hmm

depends on individuals lar

for me im used to pumping till the tank is quite full and the price comes to a nice figure e.g $11.50 or $12.00

anyway the reserve tank is quite reliable i supposed...i tried 20+Km on expressway travelling 100KMPH (KRR meter) and havent run out somemore

but after that i actually pumped in $14 worth of Exxon2000 :giddy:

never pumped till so much before

wat's the duration or mileage b4 u need to change clutch plates?

mileage isnt accurate as ppl ride with different style with factors like road

condition, distance and condition of ride

if u can change about every six months to one yr subject to your own demands of

performance of ride

to check for clutch-slippage put a jack underneath the bike, start the bike and

engage 1st gear while depressing the clutch fully if the rear wheel rotates its time

for new plates

good luck and safe riding

My friend after talking so long you still dont get it dont you :faint:

U gave the world's best running shoes to a man who has asthma, torn ligament etc

do u seriouly think he can make it to the end point

Ask yourself is your 'RIDE' in good condition

If only we dedicate the maintenance hours to our ride as if they were air-craft

there would be almost no break-down or complaints of performance

my motto is TAKE CARE OF YOUR RIDE

THE RIDE TAKE CARE OF YOU

ps: is your gear-box done up yet

talking abt this

last night i was @ carpark @ plaza sing

got one siao KTM rider happily accelerate his bike within the MSCP and even down the slope leading frm one storey to another and in the process overtook me...

he whacked his bike so hard that he couldnt brake in time and landed up head-on hit into the wall and he fell frontwards

:giddy:

heng his friends were there to help him...and laugh at him also

so if u guys happen to be going PS carpark..do go and checkout the down-slope at the lowest storey and see a damn long stretch of black tyre mark on the floor together w/ a tyre mark on the wall at the end

sorry its a term in fighter jet for maximum power where they spray raw jet fuel

into turbine = above Mach ( faster than speed of sound )

i used to describe the 'magical moment' when our poor kips go into 7-10.5 rpm

where all hell break loose yum yum :lovestruck:

no they dont change the hose for you at all

Lastly the original rubber hose should be changed to steel braided ones eg: HEL or

Goodridge ( improves stoppin distance )
