Nsr, quote frm my mech @bikeworkz is arnd 750 - 800. well that depends if you need to change ur piston or not. sometimes it is leaking due to the O-ring. My EO is also leaking frm the top. But yet to do top overhaul.

nice one. the voltmeter really helps. recently just changed my coil. and hell, i saw the reading went down drastically. wire & starter burnt. but i already expected it to go down one day. & it went down just nice before 12am on 31 Dec 2009. =)

nwae for the benefit of those not in at-asia, one of them trailnet aka imran is organizing a short trail ride on 17th of jan sun. Its not to thrash ur bike or such but personally i think trail sessions allows one to know more of their ride in terms of handling and such, esp for new riders, plus if you fall on the trail its less damage on the heart and pocket :thumb:

hi bros.. most of the ats are bout 10yrs old.. is the spare parts still available coz i heard that some parts are rare and absolute.. pls enlighten me.. and wat to look out for when buying? thks alot

As quoted by three frm previous page.. besides this i guess the rest wld be like checking the standard things similar to other bikes.. and parts wise, well theres always FJT to rely on.. :thumb: wanna buy an @T? check my AT sales thread :angel:

 

 

Nice to see more and more @ riders in here and AT ASIA. I would like to share a few pointers with you guys. To those who just bought the @ and are capable of doing simple checks, do the following. It will save you money on towing or being stranded somewhere :

 

1) rectifier - Open up the left side panel(where the keyhole to open the seat is) and check the 3 yellow wires connected to your rectifier. Make sure its not burnt.

 

2) Coil - If you have a GOOD digital voltmeter. Take note of the voltage when riding.

 

3) fuel pump - Is it a mitsubishi one? The fuel pump will breakdown without any prior symptoms. If you are still running on original, get the mitsubishi one at motorworld as a spare. $50++

 

4) starter relay - Signs; the bike does not crank for the first few times you start. Only hear a clicking relay sound. Play with the on/off headlight switch then it will start. (time to get a new one)

 

5)clutch cable - It will start to fray and break near the engine case end. You have to "feel" it with you fingers. Do it when the engine is COLD because its right beside the exhaust header.

 

When all is done, forget about the accessories, just ride up north. :angel::angel:

Still not sure how much to sell as i have yet to ask 1st hand cost how much.. heard around 400 ish but cant comfirm but definately i be selling lower..

 

 

 

 

 

nway Those who got h&b rack but no pannier and dun wana spend $$$ on a new/ 2nd set of h&b pannier... here is a catch for u...

Tot of swapping with H&B juz d Rack... for my GIVI Whole set ( Rack + Pannier) Plus u top up 180 nego[/color] ( upon viewing of ur rack) If u do tha match u still save between $130 to $200...

 

 

Still looking to trade... or shall i summarise all...

1: My GIVI Pannier whole set for ur H&B rack only + u top up

2:My Givi for ur Mra windscreen (xchnge)

3:My Oem Mainstand for H&B mainstand + i top up..

4: Might be selling my H&B Top Box ( W/O rack) $$$$ *Qoute me ur best price*

Just got my AT yesterday.

So finally got the bike I've always wanted since I first got my Class 2.

Back to a full circle.
