That sounds like a good thing but where can i sell it off bro? How about the inspection centres where we are going to buy the new IU from, would you think they take a trade-in?

1 Hour Ago 12:08 PM

what you can do is to find anyone who is intrested in the old iu unit. go down together with them to the iu inspection center to transfer of ownership. it cost about $11+ to do the transfership. then get a new 2nd gen iu unit for urself which cost $155.80. most of the iu inspection centers already have the 2nd gen iu unit and they dont do trade in.

Yamaha RXZ 135 2008- till present

Super Four Spec1 2011- till present

GSXR K8 600 2012- till present

Spark 135 2013- till present

You cannot transfer IU unless the bike is de-registered.

hi

how to go about transferring ownership of IU from 1 bike to another and how much does it cost?

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

It still look big. Iphone is better, small and slim.

I-phone got hell lotsa feature n u can download software, for eg, to make it a G-Tech - an instrument that measure horsepower n torque, 0-100, etc. Wonder device but hell... the battery is non-replaceable! :cheeky:

To me still okay with gen 1.. still working, seldom use.. cashcard dont top up much... if the new IU is a small as a key or size sumthing like a brake pump then can think abt it.. still like amost the same size... never think abt changing..

. . . I am a Discipline rider . . .

Hehe.. today don't know if I should consider myself lucky.

Put cashcard into IU. .. ... .... ...... no response!

Had to go vicom centre to check & got my faulty IU replaced with the new version. It's abt 1/2 the thickness of the old IU. caused me to be late thou..

Good thing was that old IU changed for New version.

My bike is 11yrs old, but I think really heng. Cos my IU that was spoilt was rather new looking. I suppose either the previous or previous previous owner changed it.

It's a one-for-one change free as long as your warranty is valid. From one of the previous posts, it's 5 years.
