Okay. Oil the chain! Oil-ed ytr , haha. Anw, do anyone got any idea how long does a heavy duty,DID X-Ring,DID O-Ring chain can last? And can engine oil be reuse cause changing clutch plate the EO need to take out but my EO just changed less than 2wks. D:

 

PS- Some people change it to 428hub, pricing same?

 

chain can last more then a year (comfirm)

but some last more then 2 years like me ..

 

i try never to reuse engine oil ..

 

 

ps > 428 hub is lighter but it doesnt last.. and cost more..

sad to say if u have tots of reusing engine oil

i think u better dun change 428

But i do think its a useful stuff that some new p-plate passed from cdc that can read abt it and know what to do when the bike got any problem.

LOL true. While it is my choice to post or don't post, I believe the underlying issue is this: Shouldn't we stick as close to the original purpose of this thread to help other CDC bike learners who have difficulty in their practicals or who are currently actual CDC bike learners?

 

So I reply to your rhetorical question:

Sp thread can ask Sp questions as well as other non-related questions. But what is the purpose of the Sp thread? Isn't it to ask Sp questions? How about I ask a Sp question in a Phantom thread? Wouldn't the Sp thread be redundant?

 

And even despite all the chit-chat that's going around here, that doesn't mean I don't read what you guys post. But after reading, I don't understand (because I don't have a SP or a bike). Do I stop reading? No. I still continue to read.

Don't need to apologise cos I also didn't know that 90% of their thread is chit chat. Now that I know, I should also apologise for being so blatant in expressing my POV. Anyhow, the reason why state my views is because not everyone owns a SP, so if they just read, they might not understand.

 

Having said that, looks like some aren't happy with what I've said so far. Well, I shall shut up for now and leave. After all, I don't think I will come back here after my TP is done and over with. I just hope the purpose of this thread will still be significant, because failing to do so, will just deter other CDC bike learners to post any queries if they see that it isn't relevant to them.

But honestly mag, you might abit sensitive.

You can take a look at most of the thread like bike thread, loner or etc. Do you think they will talk about something related? They are just a group of ppl who starting kinda related to the topic, and slowly they become frens and start chatting.

 

And now we are ex-CDC learner and we do have some sense belonging to here. So we just trying to communicate and asking some question over here with each others.
