seeing how everyone is pumped up for this coming trackday, leaves me no choice but to change my crappy and overly-worn tires for fresh ones and head down... everyone (msf67, barongan78 but to name a few) all holding secret training and improving day by day, cant be left behind man! haha...

hahahahah...no matter how much secret training we hold....i envy the way u ride. i dunno how u do it, probably can teach me. u train very little when compared to some of us, but yet u keep on improving...how ah???

 

wah new fresh tyre...i will on a worn out set of tyres....oh ya..dun forget to bring my manual..or u still need to use it?

not me la bro, our bike is just superb. makes me do things i nvr thought possible! once you realise its limits, you'll be amazed at how far you can take it. :) don't be afraid to stretch its legs...its begging for you to abuse it!

 

and dun worry, i'll bring you long over-due manual...sorry i took so long!

hey everyone...i have an enquiry. hope the experience riders here cd help me out. i oredi asked a few experience riders, now i jus wanna hear it out here.

 

i used to use racetech K2 for my track session. fair enough, my back tyre worn out first before my front. Pressure i used was 29 back n front. den i swap to diablo supercorsa, still using 29 back and front, but my front tyre got worn out way before my back tyre. Asked a few riders, and i start to harden my front fork settings and raise my tyre pressure, front 31, back 30. tried it out at the track, still the front seems to wear out much faster den the back.

 

So any of u guys hav any tots or opinion on dis? cd be my way of riding, but it doesnt happen when i was using my racetech, and i'm pretty sure my way of riding on track is better now compared to last time.

 

So if anyone here got any opinion or advise, do let it out...thx.

U totally back off ur throttle during entering & in the turns??

the Diablo SC compound heat up way faster than the Dragon sc or Racetech k2..

I not sure if the design is meant to wear this way..but can check out with Pirelli agent or the technical support fella's..

probably on certain corners i did dat...but i know i hav improve on dat now. comparing when the time i use racetech, and now using diablo...my way of riding i know i hav improve, such as not to fully close when entering corners, but i know i still do dat on certain corners. but u see....my race tech didnt wear off dis way. my racetech back wore out first, and my front also going to wear off. but not on my diablo supercorsa....hmmmm

 

did ask a few fast riders using diablo...they have the opposite of me. back wore out first. front still very good. a rider even said....if u;re good, both shd wear out bout the same time....hehehe

i would love to use that tyre....maybe can last me few years before i change next tyre. but maybe u can show me the way to ride on track using those tyres???? heheheheh
