undercover nowadays riding scooter liao.

 

and TP too busy to serve internet.

 

at a crawling speed for most expressways in singapore, the tp not keen to prowl the highway during the peak hours too.

 

thanks to our world class of transport system designed by our world class salary minister.

 

tp only active during the wee hours. :angel:

congrats, there's nothing to learn except getting use to a v engine power delivery if you have not used one before. otherwise, it's start and go. simple as it is.:slurp:

i hav an old set hand guard for dl1000. you have to take both sides.

Anyone fitted Monokey top box...Just wanna know whether u all fix the base directly to the rear rack or is there any additional brackets?

 

for mine, another extra 2 holes has to be drilled into my wee base....

Am contemplating between a V Strom 1000 and a VFR 800.

Wanna tour more, rugged roads, maybe once every 3 touring.

Does V-strom tours well? Is the price difference huge?

Any advice.

Anyone using SW-motech...how much is the GIVI adapter...just wanna know...Before i kenna chopped big time...:p...Mtech should have it rite?

 

The adapter issit can screw off from the givi base plate? or its a special adapter? cause seen then catalog online...the adaptor look similar to that on the givi base plate which include the catch and two "mushroom"

For the first time since 3.5 yrs, Vstrom had failed me . He died on me early in the morning after only 2 traffic lights.

Its like a heart attack / failure .... suddenly everything blackout . Tried to resuscitate but failed. Not a single crank . Even the panels wipeout.

It leave me with no choice but to push it bac to my carpark . Early morning workout.:faint:

 

The next morning , i tried again . Suprising Vstrom started like normal .

?????? Leave it running or some time , even take it out for a short run . Everthings seemed to be normal .

Totally cluelesss..... Could it be ..... 7 mth ?

 

 

Dun want to take chances , and dun want to risk being stranded along any expressway ... I took Vstrom for a checkup @ Guan Hoe .now awaiting medical results .. Hope its not that serius .:cry:

All i can think is batter connection might be loose...then when u start pushing ur bike due to some vibration it ''clip'' on again and hence back to normal...perhap some wire worn out... anyway do share with us the result...
