U can go to Bike Custom Works at 10 Kaki Bukit road 1 and look for Ah Ann. He specialise in bending bars back.

For all who have advised me on the problems with my Vee, I would like to update that my bike is finally on the road again !

 

Took delivery of the bike from Dr Clifford on Monday and finally got the chance today to cruise around and test the bike.

Its so much different as compared to previous.

 

Though heart pain having to cough out a tidy $2.6k for the repairs and some changing of parts, for a bike just bought.

A compliment to K&T, they are decent and helpful trying their best on my bike.

 

K&T will definitely be my vee's doctor as long as I own it.

Anyone knows how much it cost to do the following?

1) Valve clearance

2) Throttle Body Sync

 

Nothing wrong with my DL650 now, just preventive maintenance. How long did you clock before you did your first valve clearance. I've never done valve clearance for jap bikes before as they almost never go out of spec (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). They seem to run fine for a long long time. Is it necessary? I know for BMWs oil heads, its a must every 10-20k and you can tell the difference once its out of spec.
