HI Guys,:cheeky:

Me and my wife just want to say a big long overdue thank you to those who had attend my wedding and convoy. Although there was hickups here and there and with rain which cause some of the vara riders and a few others to pull out form the wedding convoy, it is heartening for me and I really appreciate to see those who had attend to make it the convoy happen. Apologies if I was not able to meet you in persons and take pictures with you guys.

PS: To the new Orange Wee Owner, yeah Like Khaitronic says, it reminds me of the first month I had just roll out the bike with stock machine. And orange is nice color! Lol:cheeky:

If you do not adjust your screen frequently and are happy with the airflow, then you might not need it. Just remember that everytime you need to adjust it, it is quite tedious coz you need to remove 10 bolts/screws with the stock setup. 10mins with tools if you are fast.

With the brackets, adjusting is a breeze. You want tall for long distance touring, just slide up. You want short for off pavement/road riding, just slide it down fully. All these can be done in seconds by turning 2 sets of hand knobs.

guys can you help me with this, AirWoLF wants to know your honest feedback and comments on the adjustable windshield brackets on it's application of ur bike, and how it helps you in your riding comfort.

Air filter is $48 but may include labour charge to install as it involves tank removal ie side fairings etc. From K&T. Why have you deduced that your air filter has problems?

Well, I have went to install HID lights for the Vstorm and did a check of my spark plug & air filter. Super dusty & came to pieces when blown.

Thanks for your info.

Cheers.

Hi Chrislayer,

I suffered this situation before too. RPM wldn't increase beyond a certain range, speed wldn't go beyond 60km/hr. Water somehow gotten into 1 of the 2 sparkplugs. Blow dry the sparkplug holder and replaced the plug. Problem solved.

It should not the fuel filter contaminated with water. If it is, water will get into the fuel pump, damaging it and water starts getting into the engine....enginewill not even start. I just found that out the hard way. Paid $900 for a new fuel pump and filter ;(

Cld have used that $$ to upgrade the shocks.....

bro, are u using main stand?? the drainage hole is meant only for side stand. so if it's raining, and your bike is on main stand, rain water will definitely overflow into the tank.

therefore, use bike cover on main stand. if not park the bike on side stand.. just my own experience..

A man only needs so much money, the rest is just showing off

bro the drainage hole is for show nia just in case top up too much petrol....not for singapore kind of rain.......i normally will cover bike to prevent water coming into the tank...

Hi, I gave up the idea of having side boxes. Can foresee that I would not be as agile as no side box.hehe..However I did try to ask Biketech 21, he mentioned he can order SW motech racks but need to wait 5 weeks as it is from Italy. Price wise nvr ask leh.Further more my hand me down Givi E36 got no key and locking system need to replace and too many stuffs to find like base plates. Maybe next time if budget permits....hehe..
