is your condition of the bike good, bro? why you want to scrape it huh? Any chance of selling it to me. I am looking for a vstrom.

If ride is one's sole intention, why pay more - choose COE bikes. And if there has to be a pair of equal partners in a love relationship, it's me and my bikes.

Hi fellow stromers,

 

I am thinking of getting a used vstrom. I have viewed the k2 and k8 models. I am not sure if any of these models have power cut when shipped to singapore because when i saw the k2, its speedometer ends at 260 as compared to the k8 at 240km. I find the k2 model looks better. Any stromers here is kind enough to give some advice on these 2 models. What have been the changes done to the k8? Meantime, i am doing some research on the Net. I hope the stromers here can help to shed some lights on the two models. Thanks a million.

i thought a particular magma red bike can clock 238km/h TRUE speed

Hi, I gave up the idea of having side boxes. Can foresee that I would not be as agile as no side box.hehe..However I did try to ask Biketech 21, he mentioned he can order SW motech racks but need to wait 5 weeks as it is from Italy. Price wise nvr ask leh.Further more my hand me down Givi E36 got no key and locking system need to replace and too many stuffs to find like base plates. Maybe next time if budget permits....hehe..

 

Oh okok, thanks for e sharing. Yup with side box is really not agile, but from e net e width size of givi31 is only slightly bigger than givi21. So I think of getting givi31. If I managed to get budget one (bracket & box) will let u know ;).

Hi bro.. have u enquire GIVI agent @ Mah motor... She might be able to order for u GIVI DL650 specific side bracket... n best she offered me a good deal for the trekker recently... It was a good deal... might want to sell my explorer... still thinking lols....

 

So if u are interested in GIVI... go check it out there... u might just get a good deal!...

Oh really okok, I will go mah motor to ask & see if they can give a good quote for this ;). Thanks for e sharing bro. I will go hongkong to see for budget one & our bike accessories, any gd news will share with u.

yOU NOT 1st one bro.. i went thru tat around 6mths ago...

got myself a BIG loin cloth cover already....with a BIG S logo.. hahaha

 

* sigh * .......I learnt that the hard way......never had problems with the Wee....never thought of rain water getting into the gas tank.....Am using plastic sheet to cover it now.....Damn ugly....

Bro khai, with regards to the topic on endau discuss last week at KTM, hw bout the date 24, 25,26 sept. Its a sat sun n mon. Checked thru my schedule thats the earliest date prior to ramadan n syawal. Guess we cud mentally n physicall prepare ourself n bike prior to the ride by riding into TM to fine tune our

@khaitronic @isk1983 hope the headlight protectors are wad u guys wished for..cheers! btw..about the trekker..i did enquire mah b4..dey got 2 type..1 is 42l, the other is 36l sumtin like dat..the 42l is 480 each, 36l is 400..excludin gst. i did enquire givi kl b4, cost much more..so no choice gotta stick to mah..cheers!
