remember to put a 500ml bottle of petrol and funnel too, very handy when u run dry...

A not so related qn..

Are we allowed to bring back petrol from JB?Maybe in a 500ml or 1L bottle. Since Wave tank is so small it would be great if we could bring back 'a bit extra' to make the trip there more worthwhile.

i think u ask this question cos u have never tried it before. maybe u should give it a try first.

1st, the fuel opening is so small as compared to other bikes. 2nd, petrol is not like water, it has a unique surface tension, it sticks more to the surface it is flowing on. so if u are not pouring the bottle at more than 60 degrees from upright, u will find that the petrol somehow manages to flow on the outside of the glass and soon u have petrol all on the outside of the bottle, on your hands, on the fuel tank, on your fairing, on the floor, and maybe even on your clothes.

u might wanna give it a try and let me know the results. :thumb:

i haven't try but i can imaging wat u meant... our wave's petrol hole is in the center of a flat surface so theres no way to bring bottle's mouth close to the hole when topping-up (unless bottle is half-filled or less). but maybe someone wif steady hand or the teh-tarik man can do it without funnel... haha... btw thnx 4 enlightening
