Hmmm so far since the system seems to have recovered....

Anyway I'm still boycotting Shell so if Esso/Mobil I also want to stop patronising then I'll have trouble finding a convenient petrol kiosk!

all technologies are subjected to glitches...

even the most state of the art systems can fail (like the blackout in NY last time)... it is something that we have to understand and accept.

people working at the petrol stations are usually of lower education level or retired senior citizens... how wonderful can their service be?

just like what service you can expect from hawker centres (as compared to up market F&B outlets)

i know it can be embrassing and inconvience... but try to spare a little understanding...

i know i would have complained big time also if it happens to me... but sometimes we just have to understand and accept the fact that the service level in SG is really far from the gov's vision of 'worldclass'...

i am sure if this would to happen in Japan, you would probably be still smiling from ear to ear on what the company is doing to compensate you...
