GOOD. Then ppl wont park at pavement or void deck which if bike catches fire the whole void deck will be black black. And if kids ard void deck accidentally touch the exhaust will kana burn then the parents will KPKB.

 

And its definately fair to those who park at carpark and pays season parking. Then ppl wont pillion or ride bike without helmets like no ones business. Then if kana accident or wat then cannot claim anything or wat then KPKB again.

 

I still think its becos of ppl parking illegally at void deck. That must really be remove not becos of parking issues but its really more for it not to catch fire or things like that. You never knw if there are small kids or wat playing ard the void decks.

TS, u should be happy that the QX came and check whether u were the owner. if suay suay one day a thief come to dismantle ur bike and officer just ignore, then i bet u will sure complain why the officer never check the that person.

Erm i think ppl can tell whether they are sleeping or Radio Comms. If they didnt get snap with eyes shut laid back and drooling... i dun think RC in that way rite?

i dont know what didnt give away i'm the rider; my half-opened box, tools on my seat, slightly opened seat (hard to see), key in ignition (hard to see also). perhaps its our position at that time or it's hard to imagine a short, thin guy riding a pulsar. but then if i were to steal a bike, shouldn't i be somewhere near the engine, not at the side. or perhaps she's on to me n wants a ride.

To TS, if police car park at the carpark you are at and not doing anything.

 

You might be accusing it of being slack, sitting there on the job, wasting your tax payers money or whichever.

 

If the gal didnt ask you whether its your bike or not, she is most likely not doing her job nor concern about you, your bike and the property that you bike was standing on.

 

Maybe next time, offer her a glass of water and see whether she smiles or not. Then you tell us her teeths are intact or not?

 

aiyo, i post this thread not complain about the officer, just that the encounter seems strange. to her i might look like a thief, to me i've never seen a female officer alone.
