Are these handlebar riser!! The top version is so nice..hope you got it.

Although I could not find one after viewing your post....but I ve changed the handlebar to a bit wider and a bit higher version as recommended by LAB...(sort of mixture of KTM and tourer version) wow!! simply amazing. Initially, it was fitted towards the headlights, I found manoeuvring not as smooth and the posture was not that ergonomic. I went back for readjustment towards the fuel tank...wow!!! the manoeuvring was so sweet, smooth and comfortable...just lovely....hope that it is useful.

Just wanna clarify sumting. E numbers on my speedometer are getting fainter and harder to see.

 

I really need to strain my eyes to make out what is my current mileage. What is wrong w my speedo? Do I need to go fix anything or is this thing normal?

 

Riding a Spec I btw. Tx in advance...

eh, u all know some s4 when they ride pass, they have this awful sounding chain sound? i think mine also have, cant hear it alone, but when i pass a slower vehicle i think the sound kind of reflect it, but already change my sprockets and chain, any idea what its causing that sound? too much slack in my chain?

Normal for the sound reflection but should not be too loud and sound dry and 'grinding. If it's, give a bit more slack and check the chain alignment.

 

If your set is very new, let it break in and set up for a while.

Bro, I also have this thing happening to me. Lol. I'm not sure whether is it normal or not. Should be izzit? Can someone clarify for us? Haha

I think this chain sound quite common for S4. heard countless super4 with loud chain sounds everywhere. lol. mine also got this sound, gonna change sprocket and chain soon.

 

it spoils the smoothness of the engine and exhaust sounds. haha

I just got my 2A and I am comtemplating if I should go for VTEC3 or REVO. There isn't any first hand VTEC3 and the best quote for a brand new REVO is S$13-14K.

 

So can anyone list the pros and cons of each model and hence the verdict of which I should go for. Thanks in advance..

carb model. tuning might 'run'.

typically have better fc.

 

revo:

efi. tuning wont 'run'. can install power commander.

typically fc not that good.

 

you want power? i think revo is good. being able to tune and use mappings to pcIII.

anY 1 encounter on spec 3 fuel gauge meter faulty.. cos my bike i pump full tank already .. the fuel gauge meter keep giving me only 5 bar.. where 6 bar is full

i'm using a big bar end balancer and its not using a correct half nut and the balancer looks crooked.

Anyone is having a problem with batteries, rectifier and magnetic coil? Just went to bike shop and they say my batteries gone, rectifier gone and magnetic coil also gone. change both batteries and rectifier but dont whether bike shop is cheating. Cos bike still can start! ANY ONE encounter this problem and care to illustrate on wat to check for? AND is there any shop where i can change magnetic coil at a cheaper price!
