did any body face this problem? seems its rather hard to pump air into the tires due to the spokes and the smaller rims, cant seem to align the pumping thingy straight

I always position the rear wheel air valve to 9 o'clock, from there on should be easy to figure it out...front wheel should have no issues.

place the nipple at 6 o'clock position.. insert the pump from the top of the wheel in btw the spokes to reach the nipple..

hope it helps..

16x18 should feel stiffer when you press the lever as the diameter is bigger..

is it a brand new MC? if not, did you service it before install? how long was it left in storage..?

you may wanna try to bleed again??

anyone using led taillight got this similar issues as mine? seems that after riding in a heavy rain, got some water in the contact point somewhere resulting in a very faint voltage leakage, just enough to juice up my taillight led despite iginition is off =(

Been looking around in tt forum for awhile and seems that drz had this loose primary nut and cs sprocket issues, probably more common than the pre'03 faulty acct and 04 and above models doesnt really have the failure issues except excessive wear and pressure to the cam chain

any folks here experience these failures? any one did loctite fix preventive measure?

the primary nut guide could be found here

http://www.thumpertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=324503&highlight=primary+nut

the counter balancer is found at the extreme right beside the primary nut, although it didnt mention but many pp did the loctite to the cb nut as well

the cs nut should be something similar, here the video showing the loosen nut
