Nitro indeed had been used in the industry for a while. It need a special equipment to do the job(suck n pump). It is not just pumping in Nitro and do the job. So far still have not seen a bikeshop with this equipment yet. If a bikeshop just directly pump in nitro gas w/o purging, u are paying for nothing. So far current fastest rider in Sin still dare not to use nitro as normal air is predicable......as i know now....

 

now motor world got e equipment to pump nitro. they fully depress e tire then pump in nitro. 5 bucks they charge. i feel not worth it. my tire got pumped with nitro coz it is free

From the best of my knowlege about tuning , for low speed its about idle and mixture screw adjustment , progression about idle jet and throttle slide cutaway , high speed about atomiser and ya needle and lastly full blast about selection of main jet alone ... Tats wat i entirely knew and derived from some tuning manual ...

That's what i heard also, but unfortunately something is still amiss. There's power, but seems like it's being limited. So yeah gonna chase my mech reaL soon cos i'm damn fedup with this problem already.

thanks to all bros for the info. yes, riding technique is agreed. i try to drag rpm 6-7 at gear 3 to open the valve, after that able to reach rpm 6 at gear 6 at 90km/h while still in safe running rpm of 6k. thanks bro zach.

 

bro lawrence, heeding ur advice that running in at under 8rpm is fine, im able to felt the power of aprilia. rocks! its just like a hidden tiger at under 6rpm. the machine literally jerk off when its at 6.5 to 7rpm. im 150 km away from 1k milage! service time! haha. any advice after 1k? can start to normal riding or after 2k milage?

Mileage? 33,000.

 

I suspect the carbs aren't fully tuned somehow to its full potential. So...gonna do it a.s.a.p. and hope it'll be just right this time round.

unfortunately ah seng has thrown away the bulb..

 

That lost a lead to find out the possible cause.....now left, check your 3 fuses are they 7.5 A, 15A & 20A type. Main bulb is on 15A fuse. If you use 20A on it, any surge of power will kill your bulb before the fuse protect it. Next, your voltage regulator is not providing correct voltage to your bulb.(inherent defect) Can't think of others liao.....
