I wash it myself. Depends on how lazy I am. I may do a fast wash or a slow leisurely one. So far, waxing + buffing dont really leaves an extra shine on the bike. Just shiny and smooth enough to the point my gloves can slide off the tank, palm side down

Those who wanna ride down do sms me/khai your interest. So we could have some basic planning, and possibly decide which hotel to stay, how many rooms to book, how many to a room, etc.

**Estimated expenditure : last year I personally spent approx SGD300.

It varies from person to person (personal shopping desires).

Those interested on expenditure:

I remember paying $100 for hotel, RM80 for Main Grand Stand Tickets, and about rm100 for petrol.. and the rest for food, and shopping.. I think.. Those who went last year, pls correct me if I'm wrong.

***We are looking at service apartments, if you have any suggestions, pls feel free to share. A certain sum will need to be paid after a few meetings to discuss accomodation and itenary. This is to avoid any last minute back off after hotel/apartment booking.

Most likely we are going to start discussing this during our meet-ups starting next month, and more seriously in September. So those interested, pls try to come down in future and upcoming impromptu meet-ups if you have enquiries, or any ideas/suggestions to share.

And kindly update the list. Thanks...

i have found 1 service apartment,actually a condotel (condo + hotel).Its RM118 per person for the 2 nights.The apartment is in the city itself and has pool(to relax aft hrs of racing),gym (to keep fit n buildup stamina to last 40 laps of races) n playground (for those who bring kids haha..) the place also has security guard n the perimeter is secure.anyway pictures speak a thousand words.here is the webby

its actually good for 6... 2 in each room... so to fit 10, either each room will have to accomodate 1-2 extra, or 4 can share the living room.. We shall re-discuss the arrangement again once everyone settled the one night charge and possibly re-discuss the balance night charges too..

the one night charge (RM59) is to be collected possibly this weekend, either Fri Night or Sat Night. Would be best if can pass direct to Khai coz I believe using his account to book the apartment (unless someone else wants to volunteer). Another way, should you miss the meet up this weekend, you may wish to do bank transfer direct to Khai.... But pls inform me whichever way you choose as I need to keep track of who has paid via what, and who is making any special request to pay at later date, or anything like that.

Vertex is cheaper. Both are good.

No, have not try Mikata yet. Saw some review from UK, there are not too bad for daily use. If use for track, the interval for changing piston have to be more frequent.
