u guys getting one, can they fit my 09 model?

if so i like to get one and install together with u guys and also learn more stuffs from u all. =)

Hi Chung,

 

Unfortunately the harness only fits 1996-2005 models.

 

As for what it does, it is clearly explained in my post.

 

hi guys. recently realise something on my bike. when gear 1 about to move off, the bike doesnt seems to move.. so i release clutch abit more then i usually do.. then it start to move and less then 1metre it die off. (tried 2 times, outcome is the same)

 

so i clutch in completely and start again but electric start cannot work.. i have to kick back Neutral and start.

 

any help i would appreciate. thanks.

 

Very likely your clutch cable is about to break. Get it checked asap. You don't want to be stranded with no clutch.

You may as well open up the case, change your clutch plates, gear oil, gasket and cable 1 shot. I'd do that for the peace of mind.

Is there anyone else interested to get a new electrical harness for your bike?

 

We'll be duplicating a full harness from the new original set.

 

As most mechanics in SG don't bother to take care of your bikes, I'd bet my bike that 9 out of 10 of you have a bike with torn/frayed/cut/spliced/badly patched wires and electrical connectors. A leaking anything is bad, and so are current leaks.

Call weda and check. Else just go FM with your gear oil and tell seng to change the plates too..

 

If you call WEDA (number is somewhere in the thread), ask if they got stock for clutch plates & friction plates for rs125 05 model.

anyone interested to send over their damage cyclinders for replating or nikasil. heres the site which i will be sending over tentatively by end of Sept. This is the only site which have a lifetime waranty so far.. the rest i am unable to find any other sites which gives me a waranty. I had called them up yesterday and the prices they gave for an RS250 cyclinders are $174.95 to $209.95 . Not sure about RS125.

Dude, seriously, you dont have to do or get every single thing that everyone else is doing. You are riding a 2 month old bike. ENJOY IT!

 

Lawrence, Edwin, myself, our bikes are more than 10yrs old man! Of course we gotta change alot of things! You've seen my bike, it's falling apart, makes me sick! Slowly got to do up. Man, i ENVY you. You got a brand new bike. It should be problem free! Dont tinker with it too much, change this and that. Carefully evaluate what you need and then do what is neccessary. I understand money isnt an issue for you, but this is basic common sense dude. Why spend money on things you dont need?

 

I appreciate and applaud your enthusiasm But you have to get a grip on yourself!

 

PS. Anyone want to buy the super polini kit beside Lawrence and myself? 200cc big bore, claimed top speed 200-220. Only USD799.

used 2 months plus. condition is really second hand. scratches here and there. but still ok unless u look into detail. still eye catching on the road. selling price of ti-tech manara limted editon at regina is 1k at least. im selling for 400! but aprilians can discount not a prob. size XL but fits L on normal helmets.

 

pics i have to sought help on how to upload. com nerd here. btw, PSB approved. comes with bag, a book and letter from rossi and other stuffs together. there is only 3000 of the same helmet in this world.

hahaha... yeah, Chung, your bike's so new, if you wanna spend money, bling it up with things that will make it better.

 

Like full-float wavy discs, good tires, good brake pads, good 2T and gear oil, aftermarket suspension. That's pretty much it. hahahaa
