heylow aprilians! i dint know my RAVE power valve is not on the side of the cyli der. instead it is on the centre forward. just realized after i service the valve, it came out fine no problem no stuck of any kind. and when i decided to cut the bridge in my cdi to bypass the 6000rpm retardant, i noticed again that it was already cut off. hhmm... anybody did one of these two stuff lately?

just clocked mileage of 225km on full tank just before the reserves light appear. is it kind of short??

1.)I feel that when I'm riding the engine feels very heavy and no power.

 

2.)I tried my top speed was only at 115km/h? It's a fully stocked 2009 bike.

u mean ur bike doesnt pull at all? your power valve tip top conditioned? ur cdi debridge liao?

Sprocket changes depends on wat u wanna achieve..its either top end or pick up..so decreasing 1 down on the reae wil be goin for higher top end..hw heavy it wud feel..i wudnt noe..my advice,rev ur bike above 7rpm..if nt it wil be souggish at lower rpm..n also learn abit or two bout carb tuning..it does help..

Taintedlove..u mite wana describe more on ur prob..cos there are be so many tings i cud list dwn..like issit a restricted model?wat are ur sprocket sizes..carb setting?exhaust using?.....

1..incorrect firing on spark plug

2..fuel/air mixture ratio in ur carb not proper

3..low compression

4..rave valve not opening

5..there r so many out there...pls go to ur prefered mech to get it done

Hi im considering to change my bike to rs125, got a few question to clarify.. Is it a good bike? Maintenance wise? FC? Top speed of the bike?

for me rs125 is a bike for agressive rider. u will need to fly it just to get the pv in gd shape. it cn make a gd top end but mind u this bike has only 2000rpm powerband range. from around 8 to 10 plus thousand rpm only. meaning no room for wrong gear in track. lower or higher in this powerband and there is no more pull.

thanks bro. i really need to test my top end again before i decide to change my rear teeth. i got 145kmp on the 6th gear n it stil goin. but i never really hold it too long. wats your top end?
