Are u sure is 2000km not 20000? I zero a hell lot of diff leh bro.

If its 2000km, what we expect to see on that bike is original hardened tyres, and almost everything almost completely new. All I need to do is change the speedo meter and walah! Back to zero. I am not trying to spoil your sales here, but sounds almost incredible to believe.

Yup. As I said, I hardly rode my bike. It was a novelty item that I rarely used. If u add the months up that I didn't use the bike, it would amount to more than that single straight 1 year of storage.

Let's face it, the RS125 isn't a practical bike for regular use. It is only good for the track when properly fitted for it. Took the bike up to the track in JB twice, both times with the aero pipe.

Although it performed well for a 125, it didn't quite bring me the rush that I expected. The thought of having to take two more riding licences just to ride a bike that provided me the right rush just didn't appeal to me.

Hence, the bike was more of a novelty item. I moved onto sports cars.

To answer Greydium's questions, the bike still comes with the original tyres, albeit kinda deflated from lack of use from one year continuous storage.

With regard to the accusations that the spedometer has been reset, based on your own arguments, no spedometer would prove to be an accurate assessment of the age of the bike and the distance it has been riden.

The condition of the rest of the bike would be sufficient evidence of how much the bike has been riden.I think the facts will speak for themselves instead of all these speculations.

Hey, as any good purchaser would know, go verify any purchase with your own eyes and not rely on any statements made by the vendor.

so how much r u selling for this hardly used bike?

ok la.. i believe u la... y would u bluff right? no one would be stupid enough to bluff his bike is new after the speedo meter has cleared 1 round... hee...

how much u selling?

Guys guys guys, it's simple, go and check out primenos bike for yourself. Better yet, let's go together and subject it to some serious, unforgiving scrutiny. Yes, I'm also incredulous since I thought the mileage of my bike (as mentioned by berukblue- 3300km & 1yr old at point of sale) was some kind of record.

But this could just be the steal of a lifetime, depending on how much the man expects for it. If it's the genuine article, you might find yourself fighting for it, not about it.

Guys, muser is right.

Pls dont argue online. Its really stupid and immature to do so.

I will view the bike myself and let you guys know about it. But if the condition really good I'm getting it for myself liao. First come first serve, finders keepers. You can waste time arguing about it, in the meantime, I'll buy it so you guys wont have to argue about anything.

Anyone interested to join me for bike cleaning is welcomed.

Totally believable of course. Some ppl buy a sportbike exclusively for track use.

But the new owner of your bike would probably have to replace the batts, among a few things. Mostly expendables. I'm sure your that your bike is in pristine condition, other than that.

Check the bike for any corrosion.... and of course drip 2T down your spark plug port (into the piston) to prime it for ignition. It's probably dry there now. And yes, pls don't start the bike without replacing the engine oil. God knows whether it has expired its shelf life sitting in there.

Basically, you might need to tow it down to the shop to change all the fluids and do some checks first before trying to run her. Just in case.

A special announcement.......

I PASS!!!

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Finally man...after 5 tries i manage to get 18 points to clear the tp test and have my license in my wallet *fondles license* :lovestruck:

I will be meeting up with Greydium maybe on saturday to the ownership transfers and then i can finally ride off with my Aprillia RS125

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

Wah, congrats Hanif! What a bluddy relief, huh? Heheh! Very impressive, you managed to cut your points to a third of your record  See you on two wheels at our next outing!

Hanif,

Congratulations!!!! Woo hoo!!!! Quick, put your license on the altar and sacrifice a cow now! hur hur hur... :cheer:

Lets meet on Sunday for coffee.... Hanif I treat you drink....

Just add your name to the list if it's not already there. If you hear or read about a coffeeshop meetup, etc, just SMS or call one of us, don't paiseh. It's faster than posting simple questions here about meetups, and doesn't bury useful info underneath irrelevant posts.

Don't worry, no need to ask permission - just come. But let us know you're coming so we don't end up riding off without you.

No stress, we're normal people. The most you risk is being beaten with a spanner, then chained to a certain handiplastered Replica and dragged along PIE, but that's just a worst-case scenario. Really.

Well, Lawrence, servo and I work irregular hours/days; don't know about the rest.

Um yeah. Shift work has its pros and cons. On one hand, you don't get sucked into an 8-5 routine. Downside is that you lose some weekends, and lose pace with the "normal" office-hour world.
