i got a used bike. 09 model..

 

did some speed test on my way back.. the wind is hitting me at around eye level, thus making the helmet vibrates alot. i think i wil be getting a higher windshield instead. any recommendation of ready stock anywhere?

 

also.. did anyone put the IU in the glove compartment? i used to put it inside my swing. will it work inside the tmax's glove compartment? the previous owner have it installed on the lower handlebars nut, mount on plastic, loose, and think the plastic cracked/scrtched a bit.

 

 

u may wanna try ducking under & look thru the screen i/o of over when goin fast ..

 

my IU is in the right compartment, so far erp no prob.. though haven't try any erp pkg yet

got it online... ebay motors.. ard 95USD plus freight... total $120++ SGD... S'pore selling it for $170 (Road) & $190 (Race).... cheaper if DIY...

any idea how to lower the bike other than cutting the seat?

tried googling for lowering kit but only managed to find fork springs...

get use to the bike height rather than cut the seat, matter of getting used to it.

not a good option to cut the seat as it is already pretty thin IMO

mi thinking of changing but the price almost same as v-storm 650, if i want to sell it in a few yrs time, v-storm resale would be better.....

yesterday night about 11plus pm saw a 08 mat black t max park at cine open car park..is it any of u guys here? nice box n nice no plate..
