oh ya , my battery died on me recently. now im relying on my kickstart. whats our battery pricing like ar ? need to change one soon.

how come so fast die? battery can use for more than 1 year one leh.. hmm u got try see if can recharge? new one is about 20 plus from ahboy if im not wrong..

the other day i press my starter like super weak than start, than i extra go off engine try agn, in the end press already no sound. lol.

in the end i tried the kick start can start the bike. so i off again and try starter, cannot agn. so i presume no more batt.

i ride 1 or 2 days without using the starter than accumilate abit of battery to use the starter but like one or two tries than the starter die liao cannot use anymore.

so all the way using kickstart -.-

its normal for fc to drop when you are using aftermarkets pipes.

mine drop from 45km/L to 38~36km/L, using titan round cone.

ride at 100kmph should be just nice lol. well depends on how you play throttle.

not so sure thou but as far as i noe.. if bike change aftermarket exhuast will haf a drop in fc thou... last time i usin stock exhaust fc beta... but now usin yoshi, fc quite bad... not sure abt smaller cc bikes thou.. but i reckon it should b ard the same...

keep back firing means that ur carb setting too lean. my fren told me b4 that x1-r stock con rod is lousy. i got another friend totally stock x1-r also overhaul the bike after 1 year

very normal for increase FC after u change to aftermarket exhaust. i'm getting at least 40km/l with occasional riding of 130-140km/h (as shown on my meter). usually maintain at 100-120km/h on expressway

anyway i know it is my fault that i never do any precaution except parking at 5th story but if i contact the police will it help?

 

if u report to the police, all they will do is just write report and maybe they will ask u to feedback to town council to install cctv at ur carpark. there's nth much u can do anyway.

 

once ur bike being aim, no matter what precaution u take, ur bike can still be found. just like what happened to my bf's bike. went overseas to work for 1 week, covered with canvas and the thief still manage to open the canvas just to steal the ohlins damper. because of the way the damper is installed, the thief only manage to loosen the screw but was unable to steal.

make a police report already and let the pipe dealer know.

nab the damn thief if he got the balls to go to the dealer to request for re-print cert or do ownership transfer.

could be ur starter motor spoil.. not battery.. last time my sp batt flat.. cannot even on headlight and stay stationary.. must rev to charge the battery just enough for the headlight to stay on.. so if u still got headlight and signals all working fine, it most prob is the starter.. when u press, got cranking sound?

when a bike backfires means that the engine is ceasing.. the engine has no petrol and the whole engine just stop causing backfire.. continue doing this and ur engine is bound to cease once and for all.. which is why ur friend has to go overhaul liao..

like someone said above, when u change aftermarket pipes, the fc is sure to be affected. my S4 with gpr pipe can go 290 before reserve.. then when i change back stock pipe it goes 355 before reserve..
