Anyone experienced this be4? Engine braking and pick-up has significantly weakened after multiple rides with pillions... What could be the issue?

 

Clutch plates wearing out?

 

Chain and tyres need to inflate.

Probably like never before...

 

maybe is becasue of ur internal parts get dirty already ? carb, piston all these or maybe like what zack said the tyre and chain need to pump and tighten

The issue just so happen appear after a few ppl pillion me for quite long distance, quite heavy ppl somemore. Difference quite obvious and sudden

My tyres i pre-pump to higher psi be4 i pillion, so may be the chain.

Normally after riding with pillion for quite sometime..

Tyres will deflate faster and chain get loose too..

Dats my first check la..

 

If all is well, u might wanna clean ur carburetor and air filter..

Engine doesn't sound abnormal right?

usually, the mech will take the carb out and clean it with petrol. engine wise i'm not sure

guys, anyone know where is the ignition fuse for x1r located at? tried to diy cigarette socket but even if off or on the ignition its still in "live" mode. I connect the +ve to the fuse n -VE to the negative side of battery. Fuse checked correct. Or the ignition fuse is located some other place?

Guys need some advice/help.. recently my bike have been giving me a hard time to start.. any idea what could be the possible reason? even though

its park under the hot sun..! and almost everytime i need to pull the choke to get it start.. i try kick start too but same have to kick alot of time to get it started.. thanks in advance =)

hi new here. don't mind would you share with me where to get the round cone at 550? interested to get. anyway have been reading the thread, then I chance upon xue ling's post of tuning the bike after getting a aftermarket exhaust. sorry but new to bike. what is the effect of tuning or what does it do to bike? is it for performance or something else? anyway my bike is totally stock haha. just thinking of sourcing for a new yoshi. thanks in advance ah everybody!

Hi guys, my bro met up wit an accident last week... And his x1-r damaged is quite bad. Any recommended shops to do replacement for the whole set of speedo, fairing set etc..??

haha to put it simple, i jus wan my cigarette socket charger to turn on when i on my ignition, but i tried to connect it to a fuse but still turn on even if i off the ignition, so i like to find out any other way to connect it?

It can be either battery or rectifier.. I hope not la..
