Just found out that an XR400 in the same carpark has my right mirror, won't pursue the matter though, will just monitor the situation.

 

@Flo_rider mirros you get at JB much cheaper and alot designs to choose from =)

 

I just bought a pair of KOSO mirrors from ebay...

 

must probably uh..damn sad you know..bike got no head, with just a bunch of wires hanging in front. heng didnt see teepee when i rode to work that day

My previous fuel consumption chart that I shared... I mod a bit.

 

More often than not... After we done with changing this and that... We forget about it...

When the next servicing comes... We will think whether this and that had being done...?

 

So I added another table on the same sheet. No formulas. For us to make records in one excel file. U can even carry it around in ur smartphone if u have one.

Unable to tell with this tank cos I'm sure they took petrol from my tank to wash carb. Normal practice.

Anyway engine sounds robust... More than just bought.

Current refuel shows FC 41km/l. Need next tank to be sure. If not good I go back to them to tune again...

yup. i always travel via expressway to and fro work. travelling speed according to the meter is 100-120km/h. sometimes will go up to 140km/h depending on road situation

That's the shitty FC I got also when I got my bike. Brand new... I think the factory side do not bother to fine tune... So I've being finding ways to improve the FC. This bike should give about 50km/l.

 

On ur next service at perhaps 4,000km. Ask the shop to adjust carb for low fuel consumption. I wash carb and change EO and filter at 7,000km.

max i tried was 160km/h as shown on meter. some of my friends say maybe my meter got problem cuz meter speed was 120km/h when following a super 4 which is only travelling at 80-90km/h
