and my right hand cast make me totally cant grip anything

hi, i am new to spark, learning to ride it. I just place an order for a new spark (clutchless).

i also request to change the spoke rims to sport rims & tubeless tyres. I would like to know, what tyres are better in grip, not not so slippery?

May I know how to do run-in?

clutchless mean, simply just kick up or down to change gear right?

juz curious... your mechanic din explain to u?

 

clutchless is using rotary gears, so its the reverse way from wat u learned in school. from neutral to 1st gear, u have to step the left-front pedal DOWNWARDS instead of kicking up. same goes for the rest of the gears up to the 4th.

u can only goes bck to neutral directly from 4th gear when the bike is at complete stop. if not, u can oso press the left-back pedal to down gears.

 

for tyres, u can go for Bridgestone BT-039SS from japan.

 

my method for run-in, gradually increase your speed slowly at every gear up to cruising speed at 80km/h based on your meter. it shud be similar to car's 60+km/h. try your best not to have hard braking. some say run-in for 500km, some say for 1000km. i did mine for 1000km. change engine oil at 500km interval till u finish run-in. dun 4get to change oil filter too.

 

too naggy... hope i din miz out anything... hope it helps. laojiaos here can give u more specific advise.

Take as much time to recover bro. During this time can polish your bike very shiny. So shiny you will need shades to look at it. Then at the next outing you can have the shiniest bike award. We will be here waiting for you to recover.

Hey sparkers, i was wondering if stock spark doesn't come with an air filter? I opened my air box cover and shocked to see there is no air filter! I heard it will wear my engine faster without a filter element, is it true?

The bike is going to 4 years or the coolant is going to 4 years? There is a difference there.

The level of coolant should not go down unless there is a leak. However the coolant properties will diminish in time.
